You pay for what you get and at this cost you get it all, simple check in and out, great breakfast, clean rooms and hotel, in the center of town. what more do you want for 50$, you cant complain. parking out the park for 1000Y over night, the hotel does have a parking slot for a little more. only suggestion is to place a extra set of cushions in the room. the ones on the bed are too small

Hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the nearest monorail station and hotel was located on the main highway in Naha city. The ferry terminal is just beside, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The reception staff also spoke English and Mandarin, which was great. Check-in was fast although they didn’t really have any hotel usage guide in English nor English channels on TV. Room was slightly smaller than the usual Japanese business hotel room, but was made even smaller with the bad use of space configuration. For instance, the shoe horn was placed right inside the cupboard near the other end of the room, rather than near the door. There was also a kettle provided, but as there were few powerpoints available, there was not much space to boil the water except to place it on the floor or bring a chair to the side of the wall. Moving on to the things I liked about this hotel. The 300 yen cocktail hours from between 6pm-7pm was amazing value. You can use the hot tub by the pool and have a drink. The rooftop pool was personally a little too cold to swim in still in February. Coffee at the first floor was pretty good, and there was also a taxi always available at the front of the hotel every morning. Do check the price of the hotel after booking as it was further discounted by 30% from the time I booked, up till the week of my actual stay.

Great modern hotel with a very good location in the middle of the city. Walking distance to the monorail and with car rental right opposite. Rooms nice and modern and rooftop bar was amazing, next to the heated pool in winter.

Very clean (and modern) hotel and location if very convenient if traveling via ferry from Tomari Port. It's also walking distance from Kokusai Street, where many shops and restaurants are. Check in staff were very friendly. Double beds are literally side-by-side with no space in between, which didn't bother us, but keep note of that if it's something that may be an issue for your stay. We didn't have breakfast, but were given free coffee vouchers are check-in. Keep note, however, you can't actually use the vouchers until after 11am, which kinda defeats the point of having coffee vouchers. I tried to get a coffee in the early morning, but the restaurant receptionist told me it's for breakfast buffet only (which I wasn't going to pay for since I wasn't there to eat). I was even willing to pay for my coffee without using the voucher, but he still insisted that coffee starts at 11am, even though there was coffee right in front of me. Some confusions there in the restaurant, but otherwise, average stay. Good for the price, I suppose.

Room Tip: Noise from the street can be loud if you like your window open, so perhaps higher floors are better.

A fresh and new Hotel very close to the ferry terminal for the Kerama Islands. Small rooms but works fine, beautiful roof pool with bar and a good location. Breakfast hosts a very large selection of Italian inspired food, including Wine, Seafood and pasta.

The room was really small for 2 persons and keeping it tidy is a miracle. I felt ashamed my luggage has to be thrown around in mess as there is no wardrobe and place to keep anything without throwing it everywhere. The breakfast was served with high quality ingredients but if you didn't want to eat Italian pasta or desserts there was actually not much else to eat. The pool on the rooftop could be heated for better experience, water is cold during off-season. That's it for the cons. The room included all the amenities needed and cleaning was made really well. The staff spoke English and was friendly. Jazzuzi on rooftop was excellent idea to wind-off after whole day of exploring Naha, really hot. There was no crowd there on November. All in all I would reccomend this hotel for a stay but it is a bit pricey. If I did pay like 20% less this would be perfect, 120$ per day is too much for me for small room with no actual window. Maybe the breakfast itself is not worth considering as if you visit Japan you don't really want to eat Italian but I guess it's Japanesee oriented hotel and I respect that. Just don't buy it if you visit Japan from outside, it consisted on 1/3 of the price for 2 persons.

We stay at the hotel for about 6 days during our trip in Okinawa. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is 10 to 15mins walk to kokusai street. The hotel has nice breakfast (cost about 2200Yen per pax). The vicinity has great food to try on.

Check in was kind of slow and the staff was not well trained. After having asked for my ID they wanted to give me a different room made on a different name reservation, while asking me is this you? Very surprised I asked them whether they read my ID because it was not my name, not even similar. Later we had a fire alarm. Everybody had to evacuate. However there was no assistance or advice from the staff. While the people were standing outside and some sitting in the middle of the lobby, Front staff continued to check in guests while fireworks were walking around and checking the premises. Even after one hour no announce from the hotel staff about the situation or that it is safe to return to your hotel room. The hotel staff is absolutely not trained for such happenings. Very happy that this was a false alarm. Because of this I will not return to this hotel.

Dear bixierg Thank you very much for staying at Hotel Aqua Citta Naha from a number of hotels. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by check-in and fire alarms Legal inspections were scheduled twice a year and fire drills were planned for December this year. Nevertheless, I am very embarrassed as a hotel staff. In the future, front staff will be educated and fire drills will be held to ensure that customers can stay with peace of mind. I will do my best so that I can think that it is improved at the next stay. Thank you for staying at Hotel Aqua Citta Naha. front itoman

After 9 days in Tokyo on business, I was looking for a place to unwind, do washing and generally chill out before heading off to Singapore for another week of work. The hotel ticked all the boxes. Paid the extra for an Exec room and it didn't disappoint, with good space and amenities plus Level 9 had a lounge area to well, lounge around, with drinks available for refreshment. The pool and bar area were excellent and the view of the sunset and harbour was great. Then came breakfast. What a feast. I didn't want to leave as there was so much variety and good quality. Overall, The Aqua Citti gets 5 stars from me.

Dear F373MMmichaels Thank you for staying at Hotel Aqua Città this month. The hotel has an executive floor on the 9th floor, and the room size is 24 square meters. Since it is a dedicated floor, you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing time. We also offer a higher level of amenities than ordinary rooms. In addition, beer, wine and awamori are also available for all-you-can-drink, so the price will be slightly higher, but I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed it slowly. Thank you very much for your compliments at the pool and breakfast. We will strive to be even better without being satisfied now. Thank you for staying at Hotel Aqua Citta Naha. front itoman

The best part about this hotel is food and services. Breakfast is awesome with ample choices of Italian food/soup and lots of fresh fruits. The desserts were extremely nice and exceeded my expectation. I also enjoyed the welcome drink - a cup of single origin coffee which soothed my day. Front desk is very helpful. However, the hotel itself is a bit small for family travelers, and it is more suitable for business travelers or couples with a beautiful and small pool on rooftop. There is about 15 minutes walk to the Main Street, for people travel with family, it could be quite tiring. Walk straight to Family mart and turn left and walk along for another 10+ minutes.

Dear Pumpkin C Thank you for using Hotel Aqua Citta Naha today. The hotel's breakfast is based on the Italian morning market. The main pasta consists of 3 types of pasta noodles, 3 types of sauces, and 15 types of toppings. Many cheeses are also available, so you can prepare your own original pasta. In addition to pasta, we also have many types of fruits and desserts. The hotel rooms are 18 square meters, so if you use 2 or 3 people, it will be smaller. There is a slightly larger room of 24 square meters on the 9th floor. Please consider when staying next time The location of the hotel is also within walking distance to downtown Kokusai Street and Matsuyama. If you have a car, you can reach the new city center in 15 minutes, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I would be pleased if you can use the Hotel Aqua Citta next time. front itoman
