The hotel is located literally 1-minute walk from the Hakata Station, making it very convenient to travel within Fukuoka and also to other parts of Kyushu. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in a triple room (which is not a common room type in Japan as far as I know). The room was very spacious and cosy, and...

Room condition is acceptable. Their biggest advantage is location being right next to Hakata station & Hakata Bus Terminal. We visited Canel City Hakata but find that Amu Plaza & Hakata Hankyu mall near the hotel were sufficient. Tokyu Hands, Muji, Uniqlo, are close by. You can also find Daiso at Hakata Bus Terminal. Chanced upon Yokatai よかたい in Hakata...

Our family of 5 (2 adults and triplet 7 year olds) stayed here in March 2016 for 2 nights. We were a bit disappointed with the size of the triple room (the picture certainly looked bigger). Despite booking for the 5 people, there were only 3 towels. we had to ask for extra towels from the staff. The room was...

The staff here are very helpful and really went out of their way to make sure you're happy during your stay. I had some issues with my booking at another hotel, and the customer service reps Yoshiki and Sakamoto tried their best to help me sort out the problem. Even though we weren't able to resolve the issue (at the...

Great location near to Hakata station linking to different town easily by trains or Shinkansen. Flexible with children staying in same room too. Triple room was a little cramp but cleanliness and high floor make up for it. At the Hakata JR station itself. Return stay after the trip round Kyushu area. Even recommended sister family to stay 3N. I...

We stayed at the Centraza hotel because of its proximity to the Hakata shinkansen station and to fukuoka airport (about 15 minutes on the subway but if needed then you transfer upstairs to a free shuttle bus to the international terminal ) . We arrived via JR. The station is big so you'll have to find the Chikushi-gushi exit and...

Picked the Centraza Hotel in Hakata because of its close proximity to Hakata station which is the second stop after Fukuoka Airport. The rate I booked was reasonably priced for the location, and I didn't expect an executive room. In fact I got a small and quiet room. There were a fridge, tea facilities, slippers, hair dryer etc. in the...
