I booked this hotel thru Japan for day-use plan which allows you to stay 6 hour from the time when you check inn, Japanese kaiseki style lunch and 1 hr private family bath rental. こちらのホテルをデイユースプランで使いました。貸切風呂1時間、会席ランチと滞在最後6時間が10から17時まで出来ました。会席ランチがとても美味しくて、量も沢山ありました。 The good thing was lunch and private family bath rental. Franchised restaurants and convenience store are close such as Royal Host Tenka upping ramen kura... More

The Kansai Airport Spa Hotel Garden Palace is a good onsen attached to a mediocre hotel. Location is convenient to Kansai Airport but not as much to public transit...about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Restaurant wouldn't serve us for dinner as we didn't have a reservation, which was strange. We were saved by a nearby izakaya but... More

Through an internet travel site, we got a good price on 2 nights and used this hotel as a place to get over jet lag before moving on to other destinations. The plan worked great: the hotel shuttle is free and runs hourly (check schedule on the hotel website), so we didn't have to work out transit or pay for... More

First, the name(s).... Some booking websites call this place Kansai Airport Spa Hotel Garden Palace, but you won't find that on google maps. Search for the Japanese name Kanku Onsen (or perhaps Garden Palace) instead. Also helps to use that if you're getting a cab or asking for info at KIX! We used the hourly airport shuttle in the afternoon... More

This airport hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and a taxi cost 4000 yen. The shuttle bus only go's ones per hour. The room has no chairs, is very tidy and you have to put your luggage on the floor. Next to the bed is no cabinet and there are no bed/reading lights. We stayed in several other... More

We stayed here the night before our flight home. We arrived early evening with the free shuttle from the airport and found the pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a larger room with a complimentary massage chair. My husband and I made use of the onsen facilities available on the first floor, which were very pleasant, but I chose to... More

We arrived there at 11:00pm, they still provide free airport shuttle bus to the hotel. It was very convenient as its only 10 mins drive from the airport. The staff was cheerful and helpful. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable. It also had a nice onsen in the hotel which was a surprised. It's a good choice if... More

Very huge hotel, but for western guests not very convenient. English speaking staff, but not much and English information in the room and so on very poor. Got a Japanese style room. Nobody asked if this is okay or if a “normal” room is available. Room was very expensive and very poor equipped (mattress on the floor, chairs without legs,... More
