When you want 5* everything and the little things spoil the experience, that and the arrogant staff and hotel that looks like it's not been touched in centuries and that has a policy to only replace if it's broken beyond repair. We got a room on the 24th floor and whilst it looked ok, it was far from 5* luxury,...

The hotel is very nice, great lobby, friendly and polite staff, superb view from the room, good room size, close to the metro station, just 5 minutes walk. The only cons is the bathroom which should be improved, very old style, bathroom curtain is for a motel, not for 5 star hotel and very poor amenities. Overall recommended

This is a pricey hotel, it is in a very nice part of Yokohama. The view from my room is incredible. Overlooking the bay , you see the night view and then in the morning the beautiful sunrise. It is tempting to just buy coffee and dinner and just laze in the room watching the sea. Service wise it's not...

It is a nice location on the bay, had a large sea view room, size is great, bed and pillows are very comfortable, but the rooms need to be updated as it probably has not in at least 15 years. Service is very polite, but since it is in a business district don't expect a lot of help regarding touristy...

I must admit, I can nit pick all I can, like it is a little out dated and the water pressure could have been stronger, but over all, it is a great hotel. Locationwise, it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station and right on the bay of Yokohama. For a hotel of it's standard, the price justifies the...

We stayed 3 nights here after our tour of Japan. Room was comfortable and spacious with beautiful views of the bay. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices and the service staff very efficient, as were all other hotel staff. All spoke good English. We took the Sea Bass boat from the hotel pier to the Red Brick Warehouse. Lots of...

This hotel is conviniently located in Yokohama City Centre. We booked two interconnecting double bed rooms with a total size of 76 square meters. The bed,was good and the mattress and pillow were soft and comfortable. The service and cleaning processes were organised properly in a logical manner throughout our trip. The breakfast buffet was cool, and you can choose...

Stayed 1 night in early December 2016 beautiful hotel lobby with amazing Xmas Decs. Great location for fun park rooms are a bit dated however, the view on harbour side is gloreous & the ferries wheel is captivating at night. The Concierge was a tad grumpy & gives incorrect info. He will direct u to the train station to go...

Stayed two nights here, and we loved it! The location was perfect as all the places that we wanted to visit are within reach. the room was spacious, however the pillow was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of selections. We had the water view, and the kids love watching the boats passed through.

My experience with the body treatment at "Bay Window" was extraordinary. I fully enjoyed a spectacular ocean view while pampering myself with very relaxing, aroma massage. They also let me use the sauna, bath and the relaxation room with no extra charge and served me herb tea, which was delicious. The fitness room is fully equipped with fee weights, with...
