They wouldn't let us check in early without charging us. They annoyingly offered bigger rooms for extra charge. Worst of all, they gave us a smoking room that we didn't want. Then we had to wait more time for a non smoking room. Very rude front desk! They spoke bad of us in their language, not knowing we understood. Complete...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Small rooms but that is what you get in Japan. It's was comfortable, clean and modern. Great value for money. The staff were helpful and genuinely nice. A minute walk to the JR station, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Kawasaki Nikko hotel for four nights. Booked a 22 m3 room as opposed to the inexpensive 14 m3 room. Sufficient space for doing work after business hours as well as a little relaxing in the room. Can not compare to the more renowned international hotel chains but sufficient for a long stay. The hotel staff both at...

I stayed 4 days in this hotel and it was the first time in Japan. Room was very little (I discovered this is usual in Tokyo hotels). Position of hotel is very interesting, near railway stations and bus station. Outside, a lot of typical restaurant and shopping are available.

Very nice hotel, staff, breakfast buffet, wifi, rooms (I don't understand the complaints about room size--this is Japan, hotel rooms are small), and great, convenient location. Be sure to check out the small park behind the hotel during early April for the Sakura. Gorgeous. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth buying upon check-in. The beds are comfy with nice big...

The room we stayed in was so small. There was an ironing board which was also small. Location was good since it was near the train stations, shopping centers and parks. I also like that the toilet seats were warm. It was comfortable to sit on.

2 minutes walk from Kawasaki JR station. Approachable from all sides, 1 minutes walk for bus top or taxi stand. Room size quite good with dinning in 10th floor. Also room service available. Overall good and comfortable stay experience. I do come back almost each time I am in Japan.

I stayed at Kawasaki Nikko hotel from August 10 to 16, 2014. Hotel is located in a strategic place and very convenient to reach train station and shopping places. The room was clean and neat. Amenities in the room were good but room is tiny. Hotel staff members are very helpful and courteous. Altogether great experience.

Stay for 1 week. Its strategic location helps me visit many location in Tokyo quickly and easily. Close to shopping center and near the Kawasaki Station. If we do not want to eat the food provided by the hotel, we can also easily find food in many places near the hotel, of course, just by walking. The room was clean,...
