Excellent Service and great hospitality. This hotel is highly recommended for visitors with family. They really know how to take care of you. Breakfast can surely be improved but otherwise everything was excellent.

They do have the shuttle from Odawara to the hotel. I think you could ask them to help for that. You can just only ask from their e-mail (e-concierge) that provided on their website, they answer quite fast! Also, you may ask the time for the shuttle as the time I went, they had only 3 times a day.
