We booked this hotel for a conference, and because we booked late for a conference/marathon weekend, this is what we got. The hotel is far from the city center, is right on a busy expressway, and is old and worn. The rooms on the expressway-side do not have double-paned windows, so the noise level is extremely annoying. we stayed here because we had a car so being on the outskirts of the city made easy access. By japanese standards this hotel was dated and worn with stained dirty carpets and dusty surfaces plus only a poor breakfast. The south rooms face onto a busy noisy road whilst the low rooms on the north side suffer from the...
