Minus a small incident where the chamber maid forgot to clean up the coffeemaker in the room, it was near picture perfect stay! Room was huge and beds were big! Even the bathroom was big! Near enough to Disneyland but definitely cheaper than staying in Disney hotel! Coin laundry available and a lovely indoor heated swimming pool to use for...

Great to see the new wing open. As usual everything went smoothly and all my requests were fulfilled. I only missed my beloved penguin chocolates in club lounge (only Hershey's kisses). Thank you to all members - from bell desk to Manager. Beautiful Mt Fuji view too.

I have stayed in a several Sheraton in Japan and I have to say they have the best staff for customer service. I am a SPG platinum member and upgrade was arranged prior to checkin. We stayed for 2 nights and the upgrade was a suite with sea view. The lounge is big and not crowded with great selection of...

We loved our stay at the Sheraton on Tokyo Bay. Our night's stay came about as a result of our plane being delayed getting back to the states from Tokyo. Our airlines put many of the passengers in the Sheraton for the night and although far from the airport it was a true treat. The rooms were incredibly spacious and...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Staff are friendly and there was always someone at the front desk who spoke English well. We purchased our Disneyland tickets from the hotel also - very efficient! The buffet dinner and breakfast was amazing. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable....

As soon as we walked into the shuttle bus from Bayside Station, Sheraton Grande at Tokyo Bay's staff has looked after us greatly. The shuttle bus driver, just like every [hired] driver in Japan, was incredibly helpful. He helped us load our baggages onto and off the bus. After that, the guy in front of the hotel asked if he...

Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay is my favorite hotel in Tokyo, especially for visiting Disney Resort. I've stayed there for more than 10 stays and the hotel offers many breakfast options. As a SPG Platinum, I receive an access to newly renovated club lounge and breakfast and free ofuro bath! The breakfast at Grand Cafe is one of the best in...

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Sheraton. Very accessible to the Disney resorts and stations to get into different areas of interest. A bit far from Tokyo itself, but had many amenities to help in our travels. Only tip would be is to utilize the free shuttles to Maihama station vs taking the Disney resort line every time. Wish...

We stayed here for 4 nights specifically to visit the Disney Parks, I was looking for somewhere close by so we could get there every morning for opening time. We travelled from Nara in the afternoon and it was a relatively easy journey - we loved the Disney monorail that dropped us off, it was so well themed - the...
