This is our second time staying at this hotel. Checkin was bit slow, but kids area helped to keep my children entertained while waiting. Hilton room was very large for a family of four. The room gets condensation on the window, and saw black mouldy area on the bottom part of the window, which was concerning. Amenities were bare minimum,...

We stayed 3 amazing nights at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in a Happy Magic Ocean room with my husband and 2 children. The room was charming, with 4 king singles (?) (They’re bigger than a normal single) beds. The hotel provided PJs to wear during our stay, which was cute. I was tempted to buy a pair as a souvenir...

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay. We chose the hotel because of its proximity with Tokyo DisneySea but we got more during our stay there. We arrived at dusk and after a quick check-in, we went to our room. As I opened the traditional shutter, I witnessed the brilliant view of Mount Fuji at dusk! The view...

Fabulous hotel with large rooms in a convenient location right on the Disney Resort monorail loop. Excellent customer service and a great management team - we had a minor issue with our reservations, and they dealt with it swiftly and effectively. Our whole family enjoyed our stay. If I had one piece of advice for fellow travellers it would be...

Loved our stay here and super convenient for our first trip to Japan! Especially staying within the vicinity of Disneyland/sea! Free shuttle to the Bay station and Ikspiri mall; Convenience of coffee shop and minimart and Disney product store at the lobby was so great! You could also purchase Disney Tickets at lobby, setup Limousine Bus Airport transfer, purchase boxes,...

We're a family of 4 (with 2 young kids) and booked a family room. The kids absolutely loved the decorations, the "magic mirror" and the lock and key. They would wake up every morning and start playing with those features in the room. Depending on the floor and side of the hotel you're on, you're also able to see mt....

We stopped here in April 2016, primarily to visit Disney Sea (which is awesome) and day trip to Tokyo. It was great for both, with a Disney monorail stop straight out front taking you to either park or to the metro line connection to Tokyo. The breakfasts were fantastic with a massive selection to suit all tastes, the rooms were...

We stayed in the magic family room for 2 nights. The room is spacious with 3 single beds. The room is very kids friendly with everything we need. The play area in the lobby is good too. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were a family of 4 staying in the Celebrio room. Very roomy with 4 single beds. We were on the Tokyo Bay side so a few mornings when it was clear, we saw Mt. Fuji in the distance. Very family friendly, staff very helpful, easy access to parks. Highly recommend!

The magic family ocean room at the Tokyo Bay Hilton was the perfect base for a three day visit to Tokyo Disneyland. Even two days of heavy rains was no issue. Dining at Hilton was flexible, with a broad offering at reasonable prices. Enjoyed it. Only issue - need cash for park tickets (bought at the hotel) and the airport...
