It is not fancy, but is inexpensive, convenient, and hassle-free. There is also a free, connecting shuttle that takes you door to door. The decor is 1970s kitsch, but who cares when you’re flying in at 11 pm and out again at 8 am?
Stayed one night at Rest House before setting off next day for Nikko. For an overnight stay when I was just off a 7 hour flight, it was perfect. It's not a glamorous hotel but is excellent because of location at the airport.
Very basic and outdated, but nearest accomodation to Narita with free airport shuffle.
Friendly staff, good breakfast.
As majority of guests stay here for just 1 night - it’s acceptable.
Possiblity of late checkout, that can be hugely convenient.
we had a great room with excellent bedding, very clean with nice bathroom amenities and toiletries, great wifi reception. there are vending machines in the foyer with snacks and drinks. We had an excellent dinner at the hotel and it was quite a reasonable price,...More
No money has been spent on this very dated 70's hotel... my room smelt musty. Supposed to be non snoking but i could smell smoke positives..staff helpful. Restaurant ok. Vending machines good. Very close to airport

If you go onto the hotel web site you can find the shuttle bus timetable. In the ‘access’ heading, I think. What terminal do you leave from? We walked from the hotel to terminal 1. It only took about 5 minutes and we thought it more convenient than waiting for the bus, then lifting luggage on and off a bus. However, we did check out the route the evening before, so we knew where we were going. It was good to stretch our legs after a long flight and then we were confident we knew where to go.
