Old and shabby, especially for the price. Much lower quality than Nikko Kansai Airport. Only convenient to spend a night of late arrival if you don't know location of your next stay. Has a convenience store and restaurants on the first floor which are open late.

Convenient location to Narita Airport with efficient shuttle bus service to & from airport included in price, (great for late night or early morning flights). Comfortable size double room, cozy rooftop bar lounge with superb views & excellent buffet breakfast. All at reasonable price.

Service was professional, but unfriendly and non personal. It's like a factory of people, staying for one night before or after a flight. After several nights at nice hotels, with super firendly staff, this was not a good way to end my trip.

Very nice hotel! Very clean and close to Narita! Shuttle comes on schedule and all staff very courteous! Hotel is owned by JAL. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Remember to make a room reservation for the number of people staying in each room. Not like in US where there are extra beds.

This was my first time visiting Japan, it was a very nice and unique experience. I was travelling with 4 Children and 2 Adults. We had two rooms opposite each other and 3 Children in one and the Adults with the other younger child in one. The room was medium-small sized, with 3 queen sized beds spaced out 0.5 meters...

Recommended by travelling colleague, last time I stayed at Narita Hilton which though very good too was significantly more expensive. Room was perfectly clean and room was immaculate. 11th floor bar was very pleasant & lunch buffet was of a comparable standard to hotel buffets I've had anywhere else. Standard Complimentary tea / coffee a bit minimalist and reception areas...

The twin-bedded rooms (non-smoking) were cleaned and comfortable. The hotel have 1 building for smoking and 1 building for non-smoking accommodation. Lawson store is opened 24 hours and is a cheaper place to buy food. The check-in was pretty fast and they are very friendly. For checking-out service, if you don't watch their special paid TV channels, you just hand...

This was my first visit to the Hotel Nikko Narita, despite having spent many overnight layovers in Narita over the years. First, the price was right. About 30 percent less than other comparatively ranked and branded hotels in the area. Second, the hotel shuttle is prompt, and the drive to the hotel is very quick --- less than 10 minutes...

Here's the thing, Narita "New Tokyo International Airport" has been open 35 years and most of the surrounding large hotels are . . . 35 years old. They are right at that point when it becomes clear that upgrades should have happened a few years back, but the owners & operators think they can squeeze out a few more years...
