Centrally located and great breakfast, including grilled fish, omelette, salads etc - nice views form high up.Room more than adequate. We got a good deal so the price was very reasonable.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay we had in Narita before flying out the next day. The room was a bit small and the bathroom needs to be updated. However, everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. We would recommend this...More
Location is at Narita station, only one station away from Narita airport. Really just around the corner of the station so even with large luggage this place works fine.

You can contact the hotel before you travel for the schedule or upon arrival if you go to the Visitor Information desk in the Arrivals terminal, they also have the schedule. The bus is very easy to find outside the airport terminal, you will have no problem finding it, they will also tell you at the Visitor information desk where to meet the bus. It will definitely be on time so be there a few minutes before the time it is due to leave. I believe the bus runs every 1.5 - 2 hours from the airport to the hotel. It is not customary to tip in Japan so I would say no to the tip. I would highly recommend purchasing a JR Rail Pass before you travel to Japan. Enjoy all that Japan has to offer - it is truly incredible.
