Not much activities within the hotel, even the evening Bingo game was cancelled. Buffet style dinner hall is large and comfortable. However, the selection was not average. Me and wife list the beef, small steamboat and fish soup being the best. Desert is quite limited. Being

The hotel is located on the way to Mt. Hakodate from Hakodate station. 30 minutes walk takes you the mountain.

I’m sure parking is free. There are lots of streets for parking around the hotel. I really don’t know about ‘onsen’. I would try a more traditional in for onsen.

do you know how to get from yokohama to Kansai International airport?
There are two basic options: one is to go to nearby Haneda airport and catch a flight to KIX, for sure the quickest way; and the other is to take the Shinkansen from Shin Yokohama station to Kyoto Station and then change at Kyoto Station to the "Haruka," a JR limited express train taking you directly into the airport terminal. The total journey time for JR is about 3 1/2 hours. The flight time is 1:15, ANA has nine flights per day and probably similar for JAL. Getting to Haneda from Yokohama takes about 25 min, arriving 45 min before the flight is about right, so the flight total journey time i about 2 1/2 hours. Either way is pretty easy.
