Spent a week in this hotel, and from my perspective, the Presidential Suite on the 18th floor offers the exciting views and spaciousness of any property I have spent time in on any business trip. People at this hotel are exceptionally courteous and helpful! I highly recommend the Urbano Restaurant as well, as the food was delicious and well presented,...

Wow ! you can see the hotel from the JR station! A short walk through a nice little shopping arcade, down the escalator and past the 'elephant egg', and you are in the beautiful spacious, artistic foyer being soothed by the water feature. Staff are happy to see you to your room and there you will find all the comforts...

For those who like to sleep in a cooler room, fall and winter months can be a challenge in some hotels. This would be one of them, as the heat/cool system is changed over to heat and the the windows are inoperable and so cool air has no inlet. I was miserable. Aside from this one issue, The hotel is...

The hotel is convenient for the JR Station, buses and taxis. The hotel staff are superb, we could not fault them, welcoming, friendly but at all times very professional. Room a good size (Room 1710). Well stocked with tea/coffee and toiletries. Sky Bar well worth a few hours relaxation - staff amazing, nibbles prepared fresh and change each evening. We...

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as a base for a trip to Naoshima. It's right next to the station and it makes transport a pleasure. On the other hand, rooms are small and dated and it feels like a time trip to the 80's. We stayed in an executive room and were pleasantly surprised by free evening...

Hotel is well located with a short walk to station and shops. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Restraunt is good but many choices within a couple of 100 m. It is good value for money. Only thing that put us off was going up to there sky lounge to have a drink and relax was all smoking. Staff this...

Stayed here for 2 nights in a non smoking King room. Room was smelly and stuffy when we arrived but turned on air con hoping that would help. Air con filter filthy no wonder it smelled. Asked for it to be cleaned and after running for awhile with door open not much improvement so we asked for another room -...

Everything about this hotel was sparkling and new. The lobby is very nice and spacious and the rooms are clean and shiny. It takes less than a minute to get there from the train station. You will see it when you come upstairs from the platform. The hotel was a great deal, being our cheapest stay while in Japan.
