We paid very little for this hotel and got exactly what we were paying for: a basic, budget hotel. There was nothing to write home about in terms of decor or comfort, but for the price point, I was satisfied. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and courteous and we slept without troubles in our 2-nights stay. Front...

To be honest, this ranks pretty low on my list of hotels. The room was small and the furniture old and shabby. I recommend anyone visiting Nagoya to stay at the other UNIZO which is much better (see my review of same)

Nice hotel really close to Nagoya City center, close to Sakae. Room average to Japan standards, really clean, old furniture its the only bad thing. Breakfast Japanese style its really good. Totally recommended.

It's only 5 min to main Sakae station and hotel breakfast is simple but adequate. Problem is of the 5 choices, usually at best two were available by 9 am. The others were gone as breakfast starts serving from 7-10. Very convenient with Lawson convenience store next to hotel and a small fruit mart across the street and the Centrair...

We stayed 1 night and the experience is great. We were supposed to extend our stay in one of the hotels in Sakae, however due to unreserved rooms the fee is a little bit high. But this hotel saved our day. I think they maintain a competitive price in the area. What really has impressed me is the building itself....

I stayed at Unizo for a total of four nights. While the single rooms are small and with no closet, there is a desk. The amenities were nicer than I expected - toothbrush / toothpaste, scrub towel, cotton pad, cotton swabs, razor, slippers, and shoe wipes. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are provided in large pump bottles; pajamas...

Very easy to find from Nagoya Station - go to Sakae, and check hotel was literally right in front of the exit, about 10 seconds walk. Sakae is central Nagoya so the location was superb. Easy to get around, all of the bars, shopping, and restaurants were quick to get to. Venturing out to do some sightseeing was really quick...

Booked this hotel for 1 night stay only, similar to other basic commercial hotels in Japan, the room I had (twin) is small but it has everything that you need. Location is good, within walking distance to Sakae and subway station. Room is clean and staff are friendly. A big plus is that there's window which you could open, good...

the biggest advantage of this hotel is its location in Sakae close to Nagoya tower, oasis and many shopping areas. Just 500m from sakae station exit 11. Rooms are small but equipped with all essential stuff typical of japanese 3 star hotel....Only minor drawback was wifi signal in rooms are weak...

A 5 minute walk from exit 5 of Sakae station and even has a Lawson at the first floor, this hotel is a great place to stay at. Staff could speak little English but were still helpful, keeping my luggage before and after I checked in. The room was just right for 1 person, and was very clean when I...
