Such a great hotel! The service, the rooms, the housekeeping, the breakfast and the restaurants are excellent! The location is fantastic! I will definitely keep coming back for more! The service for bringing your bag up to your room is free. Umbrella borrowing is free as well as long as you give it back.

-Location of the hotel is really ideal for those of you who would like to go in and nearby Nagoya ( Train station is downstairs with access to both subway system and trains). -hotel lobby is bautiful and staff are really helpful -room was really good ( I had the deluxe room ) and both size and amenities provided were... Having said this, a little extra walk and transfer to elevator is necessary as its partly offices on this building. The rooms are small though but for a downtown location is excusable as all you do is go out and shop till you drop. Gym is another long walk as well as the pool. However the pool is not free.... The location of the hotel is flawless, as it's connected to Nagoya station and Takashimaya (the biggest shopping mall in the city), hence it is extremely convenient to travel to/from the airport and you would have endless eating and shopping options near the hotel. As a marriott member with status, the staff really tried their best to upgrade my room.... More

Hotel does a wonderful job in spite of its size and convenient location. The Lounge staff is always attentive and helpful. While the rooms vary somewhat in size, they are all quiet. Marriott status usually leads to varied upgrades depending upon hotels occupancy, which is often close to full.

Great location, fantastic view particularly from the zenith lounge on 52th Floor and overall very good service, but... there is a big "but". First, basic guest rooms are extremely small, poorly equipped and are definitely not worth the price paid! Even in Tokyo you would get a better value per sq. meter. Plus, those rooms usually overlook the train station... More

Superb location and the staff cannot do enough for you, the welcome every morning at breakfast starts your day perfectly. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The sky bar is definitely worth a visit, just a little pricey as you have to pay an entry fee even if you are a resident!

Nice corner room half way up the tower with a clear view of the surrounding area, towards the Nagoya port area. Hotel is conveniently located above the Nagoya Japan Rail main train station with service to Tokyo to the north and Osaka to the south, and across the street from the Meitetsu express train station with service to and from... As you would expect the hotel rooms and service were excellent. The outstanding element was the breakfast. Served in a beautifully large and airy room with great views of the city, the food was immaculately prepared and served. In addition a huge and varied range of food was offered Great location very close to the station.

Here for one night before flying out in the morning. Located in the hart of Nagoya. All the best food, shopping and sights to see here. Rooms are nice, good size. Breakfast was ok here too. Staff was very friendly too.
