The hotel is very conveniently located to Nagoya station, particularly the shinkansen. Note though that the hotel is on the edge of an area that appears to be a bit of a red light district - it didn't bother us so much but it might not appeal to families with younger children. There were lots of reasonably priced eating options...

Although the location was great, the rooms and the beds are extremely small. So are the bathrooms. Also beware that there are a lot of mini earthquakes and it can be quite impressive especially in bathrooms as you have a sensation of being on a boat. Only positive feature is the Toto Japanese toilets...

Very conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from Nagoya Station if arriving late from the airport or departing early by Shinkansen. Room was small but clean. We booked a twin room for 2 adults and a child because in other Japanese hotels we've stayed in the twin beds have actually been small doubles - but please be aware that...

Had absolutely everything we needed. Comfy bed. Great amenities. Friendly welcome by staff. Good coffee in room. Good local recommendation for an izakaya. And friendly helpful advice and directions to get to the Supreme store in Sakae. No faults with our stay. Rate was good as well. Did try to book on their site for a better rate but found...

I stayed at many hotels for this trip to Japan but this was the only hotel where the heater did not work properly and I was cold (thankfully it was for just one day & nite). I had the hotel staff come over and even with a small room heater besides the regular heater vent, I was cold all night....

Only stayed for one night, and this hotel served our purpose. Very conveniently located, only 45 minutes walk from Nagoya station. Hotel staff very helpful even when we arrived late at night. Room was small but clean, drip coffee was good, bed very comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we visit in the future.

Great stay! Quick late-night check-in which I appreciated after arriving late by train. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Nice view from 9th floor room facing train station. The bathroom was well laid out for its small size, and I liked the various amenities. Staff spoke enough English to help me with a few travel questions in the...

We were a party of 4 travelling together, and the hotel kindly offered us 2 rooms side by side on the 12th floor upon check in. The hotel grounds is decent and new, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the large double room - Non smoking, with a queen bed. The room was small and just enough...

Location is merely a few minutes walk from the Shinkansen exit and next to the underground shopping and restaurant street. A good, decent busy areas with restaurants, eateries and shops in the neighbourhood. The coin operated laundry at the 3rd floor comes into handy but it may gets busy as there are only 2 machines in operation. We gave two...

This property is located about a 3-5 minute walk from Nagoya Station. We stayed for 2 nights in a double room, and chose it primarily for ease of access to the train station and for its value. The room is average sized for a double room at this price point, and there are conveniently located shops and restaurants within a...
