This is a simple, clean, value fir money hotel.Great location.Friendly staff.Rooms are very big.Breakfast needs to improve! Close to restaurants, beach, touristik areas, shops.Hotes lobby is very clean and comfortable.
The room is not clean at all, there is dust everywhere. Dinner was really poor,it should be improved and the Wi-fi does not work well,it is too weak!I will not suggest this hotel to no one. The worst hotel I visit in Giordania!
The Al Raad is centrally located with numerous restaurants located nearby. The beach is a pleasant ten minute walk away. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and the wifi was fine. The room even had a safe. Staff was friendly and pleasant.
We had a very enjoyable stay in the Al Raad in Aqaba, a very comfortable, clean and well run place close to plenty of shops, markets and eateries. The room was spotless and nicely kitted out with a decent shower and bathroom and plenty of storage space. The beds were a bit on the small side though they were still very comfortable. Would have been nice if the in room safe was working. The staff were polite and friendly but the breakfast was poor - very , very limited choice with no cold meats or yoghurts, no cooked meats either. Very disappointing from such a nice hotel. I'd recommend the place though as it is in a nice part of town.
Pros: Located within walking distance of many restaurants, stores, cafes, and grocery stores. Has free WiFi in all rooms and the lobby. Rooms are large and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Has mini fridge. Good air conditioning. Cons: Furnishings and walls are worn and aged from the 1970s. Shower head kept falling off. Breakfast was minimal—hard boiled eggs, pita bread, cheese, coffee. Hotel has poor signage at street level.
