Great welcome, service, good, rooms and much more. We stopped off there for one day on a whistle stop tour of Zimbabwe and it did not disappoint. It stands in a residential area but you cannot see any houses due to their beautiful grounds. They have a private chapel for weddings, etc, pool, bar, restaurant and function suite so it...

We are so thrilled to receive your review and hear how much you enjoyed the Castle and its surroundings. We are certainly looking into the installation of showers in the suites as this is a very popular option as opposed to baths. So pleased that you stopped in for the night and do hope that you will return again in...

Firstly, we were welcomed in an incredible way and the place beat my expectations by far. It is the most adorable place I have ever been to. The vintage look with a contemporary touch makes the view exceptional. Not to mention the food which is beyond unique yet tasty. I loved every moment and the best part of it all...

The Nesbitt Team is very thrilled to hear that you had an exceptionally incredible experience. It is not all who are charmed by the very unique antique setting that the Castle is renown for so it is always lovely when one appreciates the Castle in all her glory. We are so pleased that your special surprise was enhanced by the...

Very good service throughout the time from preparation of the venue for the wedding ceremony and reception to the night spent in the hotel rooms. Management and additional staff were friendly, professional and very understating with regard to the setup and carrying out services requested. Definitely an awesome venue regardless of the occasion. Thank Nesbitt Castle and the team in...

Keep up the excellent work we enjoyed our stay and love the Victorian style and breath taking views. I guess a chair/bench or two on the balcony's will do. Your meals were palatable set in a cosy room. Thank you!

Thank you for your review. So glad you enjoyed both your stay and your meals. I do love your suggestion of a chair/bench on the balcony as this is one of my favourite spots at the Castle. I will definitely see what is most suitable for this area.

Okay so we arrived late at night. It IS a castle but not what we expected. My daughter and I were the only guests that night. Our first room didn't have a shower so we quickly changed rooms. Which was easy since no one else was there!!! They only have Two rooms with showers so make sure you ask for...

I am very happy to have received your review after our conversation about this during your visit. Your points are all very valid and as mentioned very high on our list of things to do. You certainly would have loved the Griffin Suite at first sight as this suite has such a modern feel and much more light. So glad...

Ideally located with ease of access. The meals are excellent with fresh food. Was only shocked to have images of some bizarre pre-historic animals in the room. Further, the room appeared not to be really ready for me - there were no towels, no soap, and bathroom was not clean.

This review is late, but is truthful and I want to say it . Visited this beautiful 'castle' in August . Stayed for 3 nights in The 'Princess' Room and really was treated like a princess.
