Room's carpet is dirty and smelly and the walls are dirty. We cancelled our accommodation and requested the staff in charged to give our deposit back but to no avail. We were told that the agent did not inform them about us and yet we were made to pay the deposit.

When you are a group what you need is space on space on space - this is exactly what we got. We were a group or 16 and were in the City of Kings for a netball tournament - well forget the game that did not end well. Tshulu was an ideal home for ur 3 day stay. The rooms...

We stayed here for 16 Days while visiting my Mother. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. When asked for anything it was executed immediately. Stayed there with my family and found the lodge to be nice overall. The staff leave little to be desired they have people coming to the gate asking for them and the place seems a little like their own frat house.
