Great Hostel for exploring Livingstone. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they have a huge book of activities that you can arrange at reception and free transport to the falls each day. They will also pick you up from the airport for free! We stayed in one of the private rooms with its own shower, it has a safe...

The doorms are really nice, with charger and a lamp at every bed. Offered free dinner and free shuttle bus to Vic Falls. They will also help you book whatever activities you want to do. Require a deposit for towels. You can also walk from the bus station (15min) no taxi is needed. Very close to SPAR. Overall a very...

In general, hostels in Zambia are quite good, but Jollyboys still tops the experience. The staffs are amazingly friendly and helpful. We booked the bungee jumping, sunset cruise, rafting and Devil's pool with them with a very fair price, among which, Devil's pool is a must-go and sunset cruise+rafting package can be a really good deal. We really enjoyed our...

Not all backpackers in a city are created equal. Jollyboys gives you the sense of freedom. They offer everything a camper needs. Cool bar and restaurant, cleans abolitions, great chilling areas. The camp area is not big and one cant park your bike next to your tent, but its only a 4 second walk to your vehicle in the parking...

Really enjoyed this hostel. Good for being social with the pool, bar and chilling area. Wasn't ideal for us with a roof top as we pitched in the parking lot. Jollyboys backpackers down the road had 2 pitches for overlanders however it was very quiet there. Was getting renovated at the time so was a bit noisy but should be...

I stayed at Jollyboys before a 7 day trip and the food at the cafe was nice (recommend the chicken sandwich) but the rooms left a bit to be desired. I stayed in a solo room for three nights (1 night at the beginning of my trip and 2 nights at the end of my trip). The lounge was lively,...

LOVED staying at Jollyboys - I've been travelling around Africa for 3 months now, through Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Zambia and this is the best backpackers I've stayed in. Impeccably clean, very helpful staff, comfortable dorm room (8 bed dorms have aircon), hot showers. Loved hanging out by the pool with beers that were very well priced! Self service kitchen,...

We stayed in a private double room with a shared bathroom. This was never a problem and I never had to queue up to use the facilities. The hostel is large and spacious with lots of lounging areas, a pool and a decent sized kitchen. The staff were very helpful and were able to help us organised a number of...

This hostel is closer to a small niche resort in terms of facilities but as a backpackers you couldn't ask for a better respite in the middle of Africa. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help and make you laugh and there are more tours that you can poke a stick at, although be...
