We were lucky enough to be recommended this lodge to stay for our recent visit to the falls. Oriel, Alan, Linda and their staff were all very friendly and made us feel relaxed and welcome. They helped us arrange local activities and transport. We had a lovely room, and delicious food. The setting is perfect, on the river, complete with...

We arrived slightly out of season, so had the place to ourselves. Linda picked us up from the airport and was an excellent host and guide for our 3 night stay. She advised on our visit to Vic Falls, and arranged a Zambezi Evening Cruise and a Walking Safari, then ran us to the necessary starting points for each of...

My wife and I spent 4 memorable nights at Bushbuck at the end of January and had the luxury of being the only guests for the first 3 nights. Linda made all the activity arrangement for us including Angel Pool on Livingstone Island at the Falls and a Microlight in the afternoon - both a MUST if conditions allow. We...

Four of us stayed in their beautiful cottage for three nights after completing a medical mission in Monze, Zambia. The place is great! The location is on the river, the cottage is very modern and the food is excellent. Linda is a great manager of the lodge. We were able to do a day safari at Chobe Park in Botswana,...

We stayed at BBRHouse on our first night in Livingstone in late October 2015. We were met at the airport by Linda, the manager. Located about 15 minutes up river from town in a peaceful setting adjacent to the Mosi-oa-Tunya NP, critters large (ellies) and small (impala/monkeys) wander through the property. Birdlife is spectacular. We spent one night as full...

We stayed at the Bushbuck for four nights in late October and it proved a very good choice. Alan (owner) and Linda (manager) took extremely good care of us during a time when electricity and running water were a bit spotty due to droughts. They took extra pains to make our stay pleasant, including turning on the generator so we...

We stayed at Bushbuck for the second leg of our anniversary adventure and were delighted to have time not only to participate in all the necessary Vic Falls adrenalin activities like White Water rafting, walking with Lions, swimming in the Devils Pools (thrilling if a little terrifying) etc, but also to have time to rest and relax by the pretty...

We staid for 4 nights in September 2015. Linda met us at the airport an took us back to Bushbucks which was the start of 4 days of great hospitality. When we arrived at Bushbucks, we were shown to our room, which made a great first impression on us with the sun setting over the horizon. Three great size beds...

Stayed in the main house which is only a/c in the lounge room. Room had ensuite, plenty of power points, large comfy bed and sofa/bed. Lodge was very well maintained inside and out. Had an absolutely lovely stay for two nights with about 13 people. The property is very nice and beautifully tranquil with the opportunity to see some animals roam around occasionally. We saw a big herd of elephants cross the Zambezi, which is just at the bottom of the garden. The owners were lovely and interesting to chat to and also...
