Don't be concerned that you are 45 minutes from the falls. The location on the Zambezi is superb and the cruising on the river excellent. We enjoyed good food and were looked after very well. Highly recommended for a relaxed stay in good quality accommodation

Waterberry was our first stop on our first trip to Africa, and we couldn't have asked for more, except to stay longer! From the setting along the Zambezi River, to the food, the guides, and personal attention to every detail, we were pampered and served at a level that exceeded expectations. We arrived in the late afternoon, and were delighted...

Waterberry Lodge is the perfect launching pad for an adventure into the heart of Africa where Zambia meets Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia at Kazangulu. I got to microlight over the Victoria Falls, witness the lunar rainbow, visit Chobe, paddle down the Zambezi and still leave feeling as though I had so much more to see and experience. Waterberry is a...

Waterberry was a peaceful retreat after a week of safari, we spent 3 nights there. The Zambezi was very high in June still and it was amazing to see. The staff went above and beyond, from Julie welcoming us to the bar following us everywhere, it was a great few days. Shadreck our guide was very knowledgable and was very...

My husband and I stayed at Waterberry for 3 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it. The setting (about half an hour's drive the from Falls, on the banks of the Zambezi River, with the Victoria Falls NP in Zimbabwe on the opposite side) is stunning. The accommodation - little thatched chalets, some with views of...

We went with friends to stay for three days to go and see the Victoria falls and loved it here. The staff are excellent and there is a good variety of excursions both included and extra. The rooms were well appointed and the food good. To have your meals overlooking the Zambezi river was magical.

What a perfect location to finish out three week African adventure! Lovely quiet location on the banks of the Zambezi river. We had a beautiful thatched cottage room. We were on the all inclusive package that include 6 in house activities as we were there for three nights. These included travel to the falls / town. Sunset and sunrise boat...

My wife and I stayed at Waterberry from 24th to 27th May as the final part of our honeymoon. It had been recommended as a place to stay by our travel agent and what a recommendation that turned out to be! The grounds of this idyllic lodge are set on the bank of the Zambezi which has a perfect view...
