I booked the David Livingstone Lodge at the last minute for a weekend (booked Friday for a stay Saturday and Sunday night) coming from Johannesburg. I figured I could at least see the falls on a day trip. When I arrived Saturday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised when Charity in the Activities Centre was able to book me for a... More

I had a major billing issue with the Lodge, that required numerous emails in the month leading up to our arrival. Upon arrival, however, the General Manager was extremely apologetic and the matter immediately resolved to my total satisfaction. As compensation for the mix-up, we were placed in an Executive Suite room, which was luxurious beyond anything we could imagine.... More

We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy with the lodge and the staff. It is in a beautiful location and everyone we encountered was efficient and helpful. The hotel has all of the modern amenities but the style is distinctly African and lovely. I am allergic to onions so the kitchen prepared a special meal for me and... More

Had a 4night stay to attend a conference. Beds comfortable. Room clean. Bathroom perfect with bath and rain shower. Enjoyed a fantastic River sundown cruise. What stood out most to me was the exceptional friendly service. It made all the difference to a wonderful stay.

2 nights of memorable stay felt short. Erected at Zambezi river bank amid spectacular landscape, it could never go wrong to experience African safari. Located about 15 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes drive to Vic-falls. The reception was warm, friendly and professional. You could see the Zambezi river from the reception which would hold you for a... More
