Apparently it is a 2 star resort, looked way better than that. Rooms were OK, nothing special. Pool, beach and surroundings were great. Restaurants and bars are around the corner. Joe's bar is two doors away, nice place to have a beer at night.

We spent three chilled out days here relaxing by the infinity pool and beach area. It was off-season so we had the whole place to ourselves for the first two nights. The room and ensuite were clean, breakfast was nice and included a selection of fruit, pancakes as well as cooked dishes. There are lots of restaurants in the area...

We stayed here at the end of June with no regrets or anything bad to say! The staff were lovely especially at the front desk, always smiling and polite and happy to help out with anything, such as arranging a bus for us for our next stop. The rooms were well kept with fresh towels daily for the beach, pool...

We stayed in a very nice bungalow. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast varied from Western to local food. We ordered french toast which was surprisingly good with fruits and honey. The place had no beach, because the tides went high during the day. However, it was really interesting to walk on the beach during the night digging...

Best location in Mui Ne, right in the heart of everything, near all the restaurants and shops. Hotel is set in beautiful gardens with super clean and refreshing infinity pool. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, showers hot with good water pressure. Breakfast has a wide variety of choices, mostly western style with fresh juices and good coffee. Afternoon tea...

the hotel is old, rooms tiny, lousy wi-fi, bad breakfast and horrible customer service. we stayed 2 nights and had issues all around. it started when we arrived after a long bus ride to be told we hadn't added a "special request" in our booking for a double bed and we would get a twin bed. a long argument ensued...

Stayed here 1 night with my girlfriend. A beautiful place in a wonderful setting right next to the sea. The staff were excellent in all respects, food very good, and rooms very good. For the price paid, you could not ask for more.

My wife and I originally only planned to stay here for three nights but we were so relaxed we decided to stay for a fourth! We were here in the low season so we managed to negotiate a great rate on the room and - for the first couple of nights - had the place basically to ourselves! Great location...

After spending one night at a cheap hote on the odd-numbered ( not on the beach) side of the street, we decided to shop for a seaview room. In the end sunshine beach offered the best room. We got a great discount that was better than the price on the known sites, giving us one of their two beachside bungalows....

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for 3 nights and found it to be very relaxing. My room had a balcony overlooking the pool and they have chairs set up right along the beach. If you are elderly it would be quite difficult to get down to the water as the only way down is a VERY steep...

“Rooms on the main floor are better than the upper rooms; also, sea view rooms are nicer than garden view but that is a given. I would definitely enquire about the deck for the ocean front bungalows, as they were being repaired when we were there at Christmas 2014 and I would not want to stay in them unless the decks were usable.”

“Bungalows have no wifi. Awkward interactions with adjoining unfriendly bungalow couple. (Never heard them talk loud enough to find out what country they were from). Waves created a sinkhole right in front of porch that was temp fixed with a plank. Bungalows also have awkward tv position so you can't lay in bed comfortably and watch tv.”
