Positive : The location is good, room rate is resonable. My room is facing to the beach, beautiful view. Negative: -The room is not so clean, quite old and not so special. -All staffs are not so friendly and helpful. They gave map for me and charge 30.000vnd. -Breakfast is ok

They DID NOT return our passports upon checkout. Isn't this the receptionist job to freaking return all documents to guests?? If it were our jobs to get them, then they should fire all receptionists. We went to the airport, was not able to check in, called the hotel to be told that they did not care that they had all...

The massage service of this hotel is a facade for prostitution! My boyfriend and I in July 2013 decided to visit this so called 'massage' area of the hotel as we were staying in a nearby hotel. It charged us 200000 VND per person for a 1 hour massage which was done by women dressed provocatively and who have absolutely...

I stayed in this hotel 5-6 times in 2011-2012 and would say, I agree with many previous reviewers that this is not quite a 3-star hotel since it's not operated professionally. In fact the hotel is a family business. Offers like complimentary water is missing, breakfasts are poor and crowded in peak season, rooms are rather small. When I don't...

Our original intention was to scooter through Da Nang on our way to Hoi An. But we ended up in rush hour traffic down town and getting lost on the way out. Rather than risk continuing on to Hoi An in the darkness we ended up finding a place to stay. We ended up staying here for the night. The...

This was a really good choice for Da Nang. Although it was away from everything it was by the sea and we thoroughly enjoyed being there. The view from our room was absolutely fabulous. The breakfasts were fine and the staff there were exceptional – I think the receptionist could take a page out of the wait staff. We had...

Not a bad place, but not a 3-star hotel either. Clean and close to the beach, but one gets the feeling the management is trying to cut corners. For example, there was no safe in my room, nor a Do Not Disturb hanger for the door, (leading to repeated knocks on the door while I was showering one morning.) Neither...

This a nicely located hotel, right across from the beach. Rooms are nice and clean. House keeping staffs are courteous. Restaurant is so so as food is decent, staffs are nice, but management is awkward (reminding me of a local, unorganized mom-and-pop shop). Front desk staffs are not very friendly. Elevator need a software update (it seemed to run into...

We stayed for one night before going to Hoi An. This was a pleasent hotel to stay at a block back from the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was average (great views from the restaurant). The beach here is very pictureseque and does not have the tourists that Cua Dai attracts. We ate at the...

This new hotel is close to the beach and that is its strongest point. The lobby is large with attractive wall art. The staff is friendly with limited English skills, but it all works out. The 12th floor restaurant has a great view and the breakfast offers a wide variety of foods along with eggs cooked as you like them....

“Side rooms obviously do not have too good of a view. Nearby lots were undeveloped at the time so they were kind of an eyesore.”
