The room and the breakfast were good and were excellent value. I do believe the bathrooms should be cleaned properly every day and not just after the current guest departs. Furthermore the staff could not speak English which makes life difficult for a lot of...More

Hi we are booked into the hotel for 2 nights and after reading Sofia's review are thinking of cancelling. Why is her review saying you have dirty sheets and the room was dirty, the air conditioning not working and the window bricked up. The breakfast is terrible.. this review not only states 1 problem but many. I am a travel agent who does a lot of reviews and I am organising an itinerary for a 14 day vacation in Vietnam and was looking at the Gold Coast to be the hotel for clients in Da Nang. Please advise me why I should not cancel our stay ?

There are rats in the walls and rooms. I'd advise booking Titan Hotel instead, just down the street. We stayed there a month ago. It's brand new and was $5 a night less.
