the staff at the reception desk are very friendly! the dorm room I stayed was very spacious. also the price is cheap. however the dorm room was a little unclean. especially in the shower room many tiny ants were roaming around. and blanket was not provided..

Satisfied with our one night stay. Ended up in a triple room for the two of us which was huge and had well functioning air conditioning. The area is full of hotels rather than bars so noise at night is not an issue whilst at the same time, it is a 10/15 minute walk to the river where the bars...

The hotel was ok, 12$ for a really small room. Much better in other little hotels like this one. No soup and strange AC. Water, drinks, cheaps and cookies really good for the price and the restaurant really cheap and good. Personal from the restaurant really kind and friendly. BUT really, the two girls in the reception really unfriendly. You...

We arrived here late and tired from a long days biking and the staff were great in letting us settle in. They were all very keen to tell us of the best places to eat etc. The room was nice but nothing special, but breakfast was included which is always a bonus. It is just a two minute walk to...

Maybe it was just bad luck, but the AC wasn't as cold as we hoped it would be. Could be cleaner for the price we were paying. The location was strategic, very quiet not too far from the tourist destinations, near food areas and convenient stores. They offered a good deal for the bus ride to the airport. There's a...

The guesthouse is in a good location, 5 minute walk to the river and 15 minute bike ride to an amazing beach. The lady at reception is incredibly helpful, she showed us multiple rooms and upgraded us for free, booked a cooking class for us and helped us with bike rental ($1/day). The room was large and spacious, the ceiling...

The staff is friendly and did arrange my bus tickets fast and effectively. Even though it was very busy for Tet they tried to find a company that still could facilitate my travel needs. The beds are rather hard, like everywhere in Vietnam, maybe this is just more healthy ;-) An improvement would be if they would imply a "shoes...

Good location in hoi an old town, just a quick walk away from the waterfront. Not super cheap, but the cheapest we could find here. We stayed in a triple room as there are three of us, which worked out to be the same price as three beds in a dorm. Room was ok, we definitely got what we payed...

My friend and I arrived at Hop Yen after catching the train to DaNang without making any reservation. We stayed in a triple room (but only needed 2 beds) the room was not the best but met our needs for the night. It was quite noisy in the morning as our room backed onto some sort of construction or something....

Staff is nice, drinks and snacks in a lobby are very cheap, but for this money you can get better places in the city (like Sunset Hotel). Localisation is good, you can rent a bicycle near to. Anyway, its nothing special.
