This was an amazing place to stay. The rooms were excellent and had everything you needed. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They helped me change flights when I had problems and when we left our passports behind in safe they sent them onto Hue for us. Every need was met with a smile. The massages and facials are def worth paying extra for although more expensive than local places but def nicer setting and more peaceful. Overall a wonderful experience.

I would definitelly recommend this hotel to everybody who loves quiet and natural environment. The resort itself is around 10 min drive to Hoi An Old Town and 15 mins to Cua Dai beach. Hotel provides there free shuttle bus several times a day + free bicycle rent to inside guests. Guests can use spa,laundry service And 3 pools. Restaurant has a variaty of food for breakfast + offer Asian/Western ála-cart for lunches & dinners.Highly recommend their Enso pizza which was the best pizza I have ever had. However the best about this resort is for sure their staff.Huge thanks to while restaurant team + Ms Thao & her team for an exceptional work they do for their guests. So thanks a lot to all and hope to see you soon again❤️

We were extremely happy during 6 nights stay. Location is good. We also appreciated the free bike rental and their free shuttle service to and from old town and An Bang beach. The rooms were always clean and well equipped. Our kids loved the swimming pools. The food there was really excellent! For our family the highlight was the hospitality of all the staffs. They were very helpful and attentive: helping us to arrange our tour and transportation, giving us advice about tourist attractions, and they really ran extra miles to make us feel comfortable. They made us feel like staying in a five stars hotel. This is the best price-value hotel we have ever stayed in. We can highly recommend Enso Retreat.

Enso Retreat were our saviours in Hoi An. We arrived at our initial accommodation in Hoi An and it was a disaster. But the staff at Enso Retreat saved the day for us. We called them and they immediately came and picked us up and the rest of a fairytale stay for us. We have never been treated so well or kindly, anywhere in our travels (and we’ve had some amazing experiences).
When we arrived we were met by the most beautiful staff who understood our challenging experience and made sure it was quickly forgotten. The bungalows at Enso are beautiful, incredibly comfortable and very well maintained. We could not fault anything about our bungalow or the grounds and facilities at Enso Retreat.
What made our stay at Enso incredible though was the staff. The kindness, thoughtfulness and support we were shown is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble ever. Our children were treated so beautifully that when we left the first thing they asked us if we can come back to Enso Retreat.
Enso Retreat is a little way out of Hoi An however the shuttle bus meant that we could go into Hoi An and come home with ease. I’m pleased that we were slightly removed from the hustle and bustle because at Enso we got to have some lovely quiet time to relax and unwind which is exactly what we were looking for.
The food was absolutely delicious and made with care and expertise. We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class which included a visit to the market and it is an experience we will never forget.
Thank you to all of the beautiful staff at Enso we loved every single minute of our time in Hoi An and our time with you at Enso.

My sister and I stayed here and we will DEFINITELY be returning! It has just completed a programme of refurbishment and the results are stunning! There are 3 pools, a gym and lots of shady spots for the fair of skin (me) as well as areas to top up that tan (my sister) as well as lots of little nooks and crannies to hang out and play cards, read books etc etc. we stayed in a well equipped lodge which was a cool retreat to come back to after a day at the beach a short bike ride away…. Bikes are provided free as is a complimentary bus taking guests to the beach or town of Hoi The service is as fabulous as the surroundings with the staff being friendly, helpful and lovely… but also respecting your space! Go…. You will not regret it!

Exceptional customer service from all the staff. Beautiful grounds.Great food and drink options. I had a soothing facial too which was lovely. The shuttle bus service is ideal and they are so considerate about picking up and dropping off anywhere around the fixed times. Loved having a mosquito net in the bedroom. 5 star service.

Me, my wife and our baby stayed at the Enso retreat for two nights. It's located on the outskirts of Hoi An. The retreat is beautiful but the neighborhood surrounding it is you typical run if the mill Vietnamese outskirt so don't expect to take walks in the nearby area. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is decent but the food in the restaurant is subpar, so expect to go out for dinner. We wanted a few days of relaxing away from the busy area of Hoi An and the place offers a perfect opportunity for that. However if you want a place whit easy access to the old town I would book a hotel inside the city instead. If you are looking to relax and spend time in a pool the Enso Retreat is a great choice.

The most beautiful, relaxing little accommodation in Hoi An. Can’t fault this place. Service & staff are so kind, helpful & caring. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are so cute. The accommodation is so peaceful. The hotel offers a free shuttle into town, free bicycles and are more than happy to help organise any tours. Would love to stay again!

I was at Enso for 4 nights with my family and we absolutely loved the stay. It was very relaxing. Phuong and her team were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant staff also was very understanding with out food requests and requirements. I can't wait to be back and definitely recommend this place. 😌

This retreat is lovely and a must have for visiting Hoi An. The stay made our vacation in Vietnam perfect and we would love to go back. The retreat is like an oasis where you can rewind and we enjoyed every minute of it. All the staff was divine and so service-minded, and especially Phom. One of our family members felt a little under the weather one of the days, and the staff checked on her several times, showed us the pharmacy and served herbal tea and soup free of charge. We tried most of the amenities including the spa and restaurant many times, and it was great. We would 10/10 recommend staying here.
