I enjoyed my 6 days here, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff are attentive. I love the private beach and the pool the most. I would definitely visit this hotel again. Great location as well near to supermarkets. Thank you so much!!
We checked in 2am (late check in), we are requesting for a late out like 2pm!!! . They don’t want to consider. We said, okay. We understand the rule. BUT WHEN WE SAW THE ROOM, BELIEVE ME, IT IS WORST! DIRTY ROOM! DIRTY TOILET!!! SUPER DIRTY TOILET. We asked for a water, but they did not bring. IT IS UP TO YOU GUYS IF YOU WANT STAY HERE. See attached photos Thank you
Had a lovely break with my boys and their friends. Hotel corridor looked like a dormitory but rooms were very clean and staff very quick n helpful. The food at beach side restaurant was amazing. To our luck they had an offer on the bbq buffet dinner which the boys enjoyed throughly.
I am writing the review from the hotel. This is the 6th day here, and every day it’s getting worse. First the pictures you see and the reality have a little in common. The stuff is nice, but not very, however the rules are terrible. There is nothing about customer orientation, no one cares for the customer and their well-being. The food is terrible, you are not to take your good out of the cafeteria, even to the beach. Moreover, if you buy or order something, the only place you can eat is the room: as small as possible, without the opportunity to open any window, with no balcony, and of course extra wet… And even when you turn to the restaurant menager Manu, all he says is that it is the rule and he shows the indifference and that’s all. You are not going to enjoy yourself at this hotel, you can only enjoy your stay in your small and dark room, though entering the room is another trouble. The key cards never open, and every time we have to ask someone to open it(and the cleaners are doing that without any complain). The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, but you can easily find a better hotel approximately with the same price. Hope something will take into account the review and make a change, not like the hotel managers who literally don’t care.…
I have been there for one night. I had some short project in Sharjah so I decided to overstay and take proper rest and swim a little bit. As someone who lives in the UAE for 6 years, I can honestly say - this is a hotel from the XX century. + They have amazing beach + Finally deep pool (almost 3m) - Super poor room with the bad smell of humidity - Bathroom is a disaster Breakfast is so so, nothing special. To be honest this hotel reminds me of my ex-country Yugoslavia and school exursion during communist time. visiting Lou Lou was a flashback to the '80s in Yugoslavia. So it wasn't so bad :) cause if that I gave 3 instead of 2.
More enough to thank the follower names: Manager: Shajahan, very helpfull Receptionist: Bavya, amazing smile Receptionist: Anand, helpful Bellboy: Purna, wonderful services Towel Desk: Kishor, thanks a lot Restaurant: Amal, helpful The Egyptian night Manager, helpful as well Housekeeping team are same Bees 🐝working hard, Actually all staff there are helpful and friendly, they made my stay happy, Rooms are nice, only few things to be fixed
I have booked for 2 nights with a friend during the UAE Holiday Prophet Muhammad’s birthday. The room we had is a good area easily to enter/exit to the beach. We are very grateful to Ms. Bravya and Ms. Liezel from the reception for assisting what we need. The Hotel is old but it's a very clean and good smell. The Hotel restaurant has fresh food. The Housekeeping staff all day keep cleaning the areas. ALL the staff is nice, friendly & helpful. Comments: The Beach/Pool area open starts only 8 AM until 7 PM for swimming. It should be open early in the morning to see the sunrise and the Pool should be until 10 pm. Television in the room is no channel. It's difficult to connect to the wifi to watch from youtube.
I had a 2 nights stay in a sea view room and my experience was terrible. The check-in was easy with friendly and smiling staff. I had booked and was charged for a sea view room but the room given was literally a pool view room with the sea barely visible. The room had two single beds joined together to make a large bed which made the sleep quality terrible The rooms were tight on space with a very low ceiling which made it more claustrophobic. To compensate for the terrible rooms ,they had an excellent outdoor space with an awesome private beach, a nice pool, beach volley ball, table tennis and other fun activities. To summarize, this is an awesome property for a weekend but the terrible rooms spoils the fun .
I’ve been there last year and the Reception area has been way too better now than before. Staffs are so nice and helpful. The best thing that i love from this hotel is there pool and beach area where you can literally chill with your friends.
They have a private beach, but it's overcrowded from early morning.Hotel will provide you with grooming kit with no tooth brush, for which you have to pay extra 10 AED and complimentary 1 water bottle will be given only on the first day irrespective of no of days of stay. Rooms are not sound proof, you can even hear footsteps outside your room.Staffs were courteous.
