It was a calm and peaceful property with suites. The garden helped me to relax more. I had a very comfortable stay on weekend. I did swim a lot on their 3 meter deep pool. The people were so helpful from Check-in with Oumamia and Atham, to the cleaners Ali and Chandra, upto the friendly pool staff - Glens, PJ, Ric and Cris. The unexpected access door straight to Corniche and Majaz park excites me to walk. The property is near to restaurants and more shops. Its like a little village inside the city.

Marbella resort is a fantastic place to stay to relax and enjoy Sharjah and beyond. 20 minutes from Dubai airport and 30 minutes by bus into the heart of Dubai where you can explore all Dubai has to behold, before heading back to Sharjah to chill and relax. Fantastic service all round from security, engineering, gardeners, lifeguards restaurant staff, housekeeping etc… We stayed in a master suite 1610 which was fantastic with all the facilities required for a long stay. We have stayed for 27 nights. Large spacious rooms with great kitchen facilities and everything we wanted. I’d like to mention a few people who made our stay super memorable. Irene in breakfast who could not do enough for us. Outstanding as she knew exactly what we wanted every morning. Chirag (trainee), Harsha, in housekeeping who looked after all our housekeeping needs, very happy and polite chap, fantastic asset. Richardo our lifeguard and his team. Clean and polite at all times. Shuttle bus driver whom I never got his name was very charming and polite as well as the guy on security.…

We booked a room with kitchen which they give, very spacious, good garden and pool area, the cleaning is good and they provide my request cooking pot, big bed, good staff. The housekeeping are smilling always when they come to clean my room, i ask to give me extra towel and they give. very wide garden clean environment you cannot see any plastic everywhere.

We needed a hotel with a living room area (with sofa bed) and huge kitchen at an affordable price and Marbella resort was a great find. The room is very spacious. Also good for family and friends. We will definitely come back again.

Before reviewing the Marbella Resort the reason I ended up staying here because I had booked into the 4-points Sheraton (Marriott) round the corner. On arrival that hotel was filthy, the room had barely been cleaned and nothing had been updated since construction. As a former Marriott employee, a current Gold member I do try to be loyal, but sometimes properties are just not good enough. Because of this I went for a walk and came across the Marbella Resort, despite being peak check-in/out time they were able to show me their rooms which were of a much better quality. Modern, clean and spacious. I was able to cancel my booking with Marriott and moved to the Marbella Immediately. The room was wonderful, with nice gardens in front and tonnes of space. The pool was awesome, super deep which is a rarity but great fun for everyone and safe as there is a lifeguard on duty. The team at the pool were friendly & welcoming and everyone else around the property was too. Kudos to Shakour who really made me feel at home and was always checking up on me. I had wanted to stay longer but they were getting busy, which they thoroughly deserve but I do hope to return next week before I fly out of the country. Upon departure the team invited me to join the raising of the flag and I was able to meet their CEO, Mr Ian. With people such as Shakour and Ian leading by example it is clear why the property gives off such a friendly vibe, both very approachable and welcoming. Sharjah may not be the glistening metropolis of Dubai, but the area around the property is lovely with Sharjah central a few minutes walk away. With more developments coming up the low-rise, peaceful sanctuaries such as Marbella are going to be harder to come by. Thanks again to the team, they turned what was a worrying introduction to Sharjah into a great little visit to the area.…
