Very great hotel! The staff were very hospitable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints. Very communicative & cooperative staff, especially the head of the reservation team- was very easy-going and understanding of all of mine and friends’ needs and it facilitated us accordingly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has either a long-stay or a short-stay visit. Also very comfortable for a group of girls. Pretty certain a family would be satisfied too.

Good hotel. Tasty food. Responsive and polite staff. The location is not very touristy, but the beach and the promenade can be reached by taxi is not expensive. Or you can sunbathe on a sun lounger by the pool :)

I loved my stay at Luxe Grand, everything from setting foot inside the establishment to extending my stay a couple days was amazing - the room and all my facilities were clean, the maintenance was spotless and all the staff were courteous. What really stood out to me however was the reservations team, specifically the manager, Mr Aziz I think his name is, was completely considerate and helpful to me in navigating around the amenities of the hotel, every need I had was especially taken care of with priority. I must remark, I’m impressed by not only the amazing behaviour of the reservations team and staff, but how conveniently located the hotel is. As a frequent traveller, this establishment has stood out and has become a favourite. I will book again. Thanks to staff.
