Me and my wife stayed in this hotel from 15th Feb 2019 to 25th Feb 2019. Facilities were good. Location is excellent with access to all major destinations. Staff were very cooperative and helpful. On the whole it is really a value for money destination.
The room were superb and the staff are welcoming with big smiles. The hotel is located near to the banks, shops and terminals. We are recommending the hotel for all kind of stays and travellers. There is small parking outside and paid parking as well.
Staying in a one bedroom apartment, the mattress is uncomfortable and has huge dips in it. The kitchen has no microwave or electric kettle and a very basic one burner cooker which makes cooking the simplest meals a task. Housekeeping are regular but one just left sheets (that were too small) on the bed for us to make up ourselves! Kitchen sink keeps blocking, however whenever reception are called they promptly send someone to fix the issue. Parking is disastrous and we have had to resort to taking taxis because our hire car is blocked in with other cars and we cant get it out! Only staying here as my work booked this place for us. If you basically just need a cheap place to crash then this is ok, however for a longer stay I would recommend paying more and staying somewhere a bit larger and more comfortable with more up to date amenities .…
Stayed at Al Hayat for 25 days, was an awesome stay. Morning buffet was very good. Lot of salad options which I liked. Hot food to order when ever there is a low occupancy at the hotel. Mr Kumar , Mr Yasir and also driver Khalid made my trip a memorable one. Thank you all. Hope to stay again with you in the future......
Budget hotel with bare minimum facilities Laid back approach by reception as well as hotel staff Rooms are not well maintained needs repair/replacement of many of its furnishings and fittings Lacks efficiency in service Advantage in staying in this property as its nearby Sharjah shopping district , tourist attraction such as buhairah corniche Etc Would not recommend to tourists who prefer high standard of efficiency as well promptness in service
The property is in a walking distance from the corniche, Al Jubail bus station (where you can get a bus to Dubai) and the iconic king Faisal Mosque.. Thumbs up: WiFi is good Rooms are nice Staff are friendly Thumbs down: Cleaning services are not spontaneous, you may have to remind them to clean your room A little bit expensive
If you have work some place in the middle of Sharjah, then this is the place. However if you need to travel out to Dubai, its avoidable because of the horrible traffic & the exits to Dubai from this location. The place itself needs sprucing up, right from the old gadgetary to the soft furnishings! The staff though courteous have to be reminded, a few times to even do things like cleaning of rooms / sinks in the kitchen. A general apartment hotel, looks like carrying on, on "automatic" way of life. Nothing much to write home about.
I have visited this hotel apartment and liked it as my home and all the services were good and was comfortable like staying back at my home. Also the location is nearby to malls and shopping centers. Happy staying
To start with, the wifi is good throughout the residence and the breakfast amazingly good value. However it was not clean, the kitchen facilities non existent and the fire escape was illegal. It is located out of the main tourist area and only close to two large mosques and the gold souk. It is difficult to get taxis outside so sometimes you need to walk to the main road. There were no towels in the room one day. There are much better places to stay
Booked through hotels.com. When we arrived the hotel, the reception staff said that we did not have a booking. We showed them the confirmation from hotels.com, then they said that they did not have any rooms. After pushing them a bit, them admitted to have a room left. Seeing the deal we had got on hotels.com of 400 AED, they said that this was not possible and forced us to choose between finding a new hotel or paying 600 AED. With no internet, dead tired, and not knowing the area we decided to pay the 600 AED. Except for being crooks, the hotel was average (3 out of 5).
