Our recent stay in City Hotel was a bad experience. There was only one towel for the 4 of us and the complimentary tea/coffee was 1 packet each. No toilet roll in all the toilets! We were given our towels and toilet paper when we asked for it. The snapping point was during breakfast. The lady at the breakfast area... More

Hotel room was very small. It was not a family hotel. Clubs and pubs were on the ground floor. We have asked that there should not be a mini bar in room but they dont bother. Room was not sound proof. Any one walk outside sounds come in the room. Not recomended for a family.

Don't stay here if you are looking for a place to sleep. The night club makes it impossible to sleep. There is no mention of this on the website. Awful place. Staff was just standing around for check in talking to each other. Worst stay in this area. Don't come unless you are looking for a party. And even if... More

It is good enough in Ras Al Khaimah, cert good value to rooms, good rooms space, but it is not noise-proof. Good location, 10 minutes from city center, and two malls are walking distance RAK mall and ALMANAR mall. There is a cafe shop next to it if you like shesha (popply hopply)

Families, please don't go to this hotel. Bachelors, this is the place for you in RAK. The service is terrible if you compare any family hotel with this. For bachelors, it doesn't really matter if the hotel gives service; the only thing a bachelor needs is available :)

I stayed in this hotel for one night on a business trip. The property is quite old but well maintained. Buffet breakfast was reasonably good. Staff is quite courteous and helpful. The restaurant serves good food. Reasonably good hotel.

I went there on a night stay in RAK when next morning I along with my family had a fishing plan. Ab average hotel, not creepy or bad at all. Everyone commenting about creepiness should understand the return of money they are spending. For a single or two night stay the hotel is fine enough with almost all basic facilities... More
