The receptionist which I really don't now if it was a girl or a boy was very rude and unpolite. No greetings or anything. We ask for a coffee in the morning but coffee shops opens at 10 AM.So good luck if u go there....More
It's a very nice and quiet hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, it's centralised in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions.
