Hi, I just want to share with you my experience with Telal last weekend. The hotel is a nice gateway but unfortunately not all info and policies are clarified on their website ! For exemplar, the minute I checked in, they asked me to sign a one page policy as if I was attending a serious meeting or so! The policy says it’s a dry hotel, no shisha is allowed and car key must stay with the reception which is 3-4 minutes away from the villa. So, basically, the car can stay parked by our villa but key must stay with the hotel! REALLY! What if any emergency happen specially I had two kids with me! Plus, the concierge person told me there’s a camera in our terrace so if I break anything in the policy, security will come to me! What if I wanted to wear my mini shorts and chill with my kids and husband ! I requested a complimentary anniversary cake and flower, although they confirmed, this wasn’t there. I believe their policy and service mushrif be enhanced to relax and not to feel like we are in jail.…
This is a resort you must visit. Authentic desert atmosphere and perfect if you want to relax in a quiet place. We mostly liked the patio outside of our room with the view towards the sand dunes and the gazelles passing in front of us. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a very nice experience, we highly recommend it!
Very pleasant stay. People very welcoming. The view is very beautiful. A quiet place to spend a restful time and to enjoy the nature and the animals like oryx. The Arabic decoration is very beautiful.
My family and I just spent 3 nights at the resort and had a great relaxing time. It was nice to get away from the city noise for a while, relax in the pool and by the fire. We took part in some of the offered activities such as zip line, horse/camel riding, and archery. There are several desert photo opportunities and great sunsets. The staff was all very nice and accommodating. The on-site restaurant offers a variety of cuisines and a kids menu with 24 hour room service. The internet was fast, no complaints from my teen. My kids loved seeing the wildlife walking next to our villa throughout the day. I would recommend this place to any family that would like a nice desert experience with a quiet relaxed atmosphere.
We had a family gathering spending 3 nights in this resort, even though its less than an hour drive from Abu Dhabi but when you reach there you will find your self in an oasis very remote, secluded & serene. along side of many nature activities to do. Thank you Mr. Farhat (Manager) and all the staff for making our vacation a joyful and memorable one
