Hili Rotana is at a good location making it easily accessible to move around alain and come back to after sight seeing. The hili mall adjacent is also a plus. The rooms are good ( though a tad small in size as compared to other hotels of same standards) but with all facilities and well maintained. The staff are very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. They were very particular regarding the COVID health and safety protocols which makes you feel completely safe and reassured during the stay there . The main highlight of Rotana was the food!!! We tried different cuisines and must say the taste the chefs maintain is top class !! A hotel with all facilities offering a comfortable and leisurely stay!!

My parents and I enjoyed two lovely nights here. The staff were incredibly courteous and friendly. The suite was fantastic - everything we could have needed and more. The location was very convenient. Wonderful views and very quiet. Highly recommend a getaway here!

Friendly staff and very welcoming atmosphere. A quiet nice place for a short stay. Access to the shopping mall from inside of hotel which is very convenient for the guests. Hotel allows outside food to be delivered till reception or you may get a take away from the food court inside the mall. Room was a bit small but contains all facilities. Nice pool and a spacious gym. Do not expect nice surroundings to walk around or sit outside. The staff are so friendly and ready to offer any help at anytime.
