Right from the warm welcome at the reception who were so generous to upgrade us to “sheley” and offered free fresh juice. That was so kind of them. The room was clean-tidy-spacious and had all the necessary utilities for a family. Not to forget a coffee making machine! The outside view of the sheley was so soothing, the pool, gym facilities, squash courts and last but not the least was huge jacuzzi and steam room. It was worth the money. The complimentary breakfast made both mornings filled with joy. The room service and receptionist were always on their toes and fulfilled our demands instantly. I would seriously and strongly recommend all the family guys to go for radison blu al ain branch, the location is centre point to mountain range called jebel hafeet, al ain zoo ( a must see) and 10 mins drive to town center as well. I mean we loved it, both my wife and kid loved it and honestly at the time of check out we were sad to leave the hotel. But yes we promised ourselves to come back again. The hotel , view and staff was wonderful. We had amazing service starting form the front desk with Jessa where she was very professional and helpful, as well the staff in the dining club. Amazing location view everything . The staff took good care neat clean peaceful environment. Pools are so clean and temperature controlled. Moreover breakfast had a vast variety. Staff was very supportive and understandable . We Surely recommend if you are going with family.

Not recommend not friendly staff nosing calls from staff after midnight not recommend at all they called me two times after midnight's to tell me to me tv sound is loud while tv is off and not on all the time

We greatly appreciate any comments made by our guests and constantly strive to achieve the highest quality standards. I have noted your feedback and I was really concerned to learn your disappointment regarding the the phone call that you received at midnight by our staff. They have received a complaint from other guest next to your room regarding noise of TV and baby crying and he wasn't able to sleep. So, he called to offer you another room ( as a sleeping room only ) in an efforts to ensure you and other guests are having a comfortable night. We understood the inconveniences you have encountered during this situation and I have personally as well as our Duty manager have extended our sincere apologies for any misunderstanding has occurred and explained the situation. During our conversation you have shown an understanding and accepted our apologies and courtesy made. Needless to say, Guest service team are doing their best efforts to make our guests' stays as comfortable and satisfactory as possible. We stayed in Radisson Blu Hotel Al Ain for 3 days 2 nights and they have given an excellent consistent service from checkin until checkout. They are very accommodating and approachable. Very attentive on our needs and always smiling. Special mention to Abigail, Sheila, Kenneth and Mayura for a good service when we had our breakfast and to the housekeeping staff. Thank you all.
