A large hotel with pleasant rooms. Some of the staff speak English. Clean bedroom with two beds and even a refrigerator. A bathroom with bathtub. Unfortunately there was some unclean in the bathroom. The view to the Dnepr is great. With guarded parking behind the hotel.

Too Soviet to live in. Probably the furniture is older than my grandma. Smelly rooms. No, thanks. I mean seriously, guys, try and meet at least some standards of 21st century. It feld like I travelled back to 1965. The staff was nice though.

We took an average priced room and got a soviet designed very old room with really bad smell and very old furniture. We couldn't stand the room and had to upgrade to a better room which was very overpriced. The food at breakfast wasn't so good or fresh. Although the staff was nice and helpful.

Centrally located this hotel in a classic concrete Soviet architectural style has undergone some modernisation like paying attention to basic hygiene and cleanliness. Beds, sheets, pillows and floor are clean, no rotten apples. There is running hot and cold water, and a flushing toilet. There is even a fridge in the room. My room had a balcony looking out to...

I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago on September for 4 days, the location is great, I had a good view room to the river, foods are average like a hostel, staff were not that friendly, you have to pay much money for using Wi-Fi! most of rooms are old and need to be renovated.

First feeling was terrible but later I started to feel very comfortable here. I started to imagine how cozy this hotel was 20-30 years ago. Its like muzeum-experience and was not bad. What you will really admire is the central location.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in September 2009. My room was clean with a balcony . The hotel was acceptable, the staff helpful.. The restaurant dining room was OK I had to ask for a different room at the start as the first room faced away from the fantastic river Dnieper and was hot and the airconditioner...

This was a rundown old Soviet hotel. The plumbing was terrible. No internet service. Even with the language barrier I did not find the staff helpful. Dismal atmosphere at best. Had to go to the restaurant next door for internet service to try to make different accomodations. There are better places at Most or on Karla Marksa.

Great location (near the center of the Dnieper river). Horrible restaurant, unbelievable 40 years old rooms (including the crumbling balcony). Soviet atmosphere smacks of the receptionist on each floor. Price is not high, but it is not comparable with the quality of services. Perhaps as good a trip to the USSR.

This was a cheap place to stay for good reason. The beds were also cheap and not comfortable at all. I wouldn't stay here again.
