Recently stayed at the Imperial Botanical Beach Hotel for about a week for work meetings. The room was very comfortable, bathroom finishes and water temp and pressure good. Internet fairly reliable in rooms and around the property. The lush landscape meant that the view of tree canopy outside the large windows in my room and birdsong was very relaxing. The...

Dear Isaiah, Thank you for the compliments and reassure of our best services .

Chaotic. No body seems to be in charge and one is likely to be presented with inflated bills while checking out. An overhaul of the management is required if the hotel is to inspire any more confidence. Use the safe too.

We have take note of your feedback with appreciation of our good food. The Lake flies outside during the time of your visit is an environmental challenge we face due o our close proximity to the lake . The lake flies are seasonal . Thank for taking your time to visit our property.

Situated right beside the Botanical Gardens in Entebbe, the Imperial is a rustic classic that has been part of the Entebbe zeitgeist. Set in a safe and comfortable compound right beside the lake, the hotel boasts of functional, clean and tidy rooms that come with climate control, DSTV, large comfortable beds, and sufficient cabinet space that is more than enough...

I visited this hotel with friends in December for a couple of days and we had a very pleasant experience . The new General manager was so professional in responding to our demands. I also realised slot of improvement in customer care by staff which was not the casein my previous stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean but impersonal and very very outdated. The conference facility was done well with lovely attentive staff but the food for both breakfast, lunch and dinner left a lot to be desired. Wifi only seemed to work in the reception area so as a conference facility I didn't find this conducive for work. The location, as other...

Recycled food from dinner was part of the breakfast buffet, poor service, unacceptable cleanliness in the rooms - they never dusted the furniture, a rat above the drop ceiling in one of our rooms, we had no cold water for a whole day, but the hot water was too hot to take a shower. Only some of the staff was...

I stayed in this hotel for the first time in Summer 2002, for work. The hotel was decent. I returned in Sept 2016, and was rather disappointed. My nostalgia for the place allowed me to stay there, but the Protea is the better option there and there are some others. The owner could really stand to upgrade the facilities. The...
