A not very large hotel, located directly on a small private beach. Located at the end of the town, quite far from the main commercial part of the city, but there are restaurants and shops nearby. Access to the city via the main street or the seaside promenade. Tastefully furnished rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, windows protecting against noise from the street. In the rooms mini bar with drinks. TV in room poorly working, small number of channels. Free internet in the hotel only in the lobby. The pool is clean, with two slides, additionally a paddling pool for children. In the basement of the hotel there is a SPA and Turkish bath and a gym, at the pool level there is a hairdresser, a jewelry store and a small mini-market. Spacious main restaurant and pool bar. Extra bar in the lobby. Very close to the beach, just cross the promenade. The only significant inconvenience was the insufficient number of sunbeds on the beach and by the pool (some guests booked them with a towel and then never used the sunbeds that day). Some people booked poolside and beach chairs at the same time. The restrictions related to covid generated chaos during meals and favored the formation of queues of people waiting for a meal. In addition, some of the guests did not know how to behave properly and threw themselves on food as if they were starving. As a standard, the hotel operates in the open buffet formula, which is more convenient. Overall, we returned from vacation satisfied and we can recommend this hotel.…
Very nice and clean hotel, with an excellent position, large rooms and friendly personnel. Even it is not five stars, I recommend it, because it is very clean. The drinks are ok, if you prefer not so strong drink. The beach is large enough and very close, the pool area is very nice. The food is not so good, if you do not like fish and vegetables, but you can find something to eat, so, it is ok until the end.
Omg where do i start.paid for what was advertised as a 5 star all inclusive hotel for holiday.a complete and utter waste of money .no entertainment of any sort.food was disgusting everyone was paying to go out to eat the food was so bad.no effort was made to try and do somthing nice.they did not care or want to be there.the drinks were very limited also.the people who worked there were always on their phones you had to keep saying hello a few times to get their attention.one man threw butter onto my plate as i had asked him for some and it landed in my fried egg and splattered everywhere when i managed to get one.the food was always cold what food they had.so after day 2 never went in restauraunt again.the man who was the life guard at pool was horrible he would give you dirty looks and take away all the inflatables and not give them back.i noticed he was always watching the sunbeds where things were .the jewellery shop was lovely and the men who worked there were very kind and helpfull such nice people to deal with.also the tatoo shop and people in there were really really nice and i would highly recommend going in there but dont bother booking the hotel stay away and go somewhere else or you wont be happy.its a waste of money there wish had never gone there i could not wait to leave it was awful.just sat on beach or by pool with no music or anything then out every night paying out extra for food…
I feel sad that I need to put a negative review when the world around us is going though such terrible times....... but the truth is the truth. Arrived home this morning after spending 1 week here. The hotel has once been a 5* but certainly is not now. Positive things,,,, very clean, lovely pool and surrounding area kept immaculate. Rooms , linen, towels are cleaned daily by very talented ladies who leave wonderful towel figures. Step outside you room and here is where the 2* kicks in...badly stained carpet the length of the landing. Then we come to food.....absolutely awful. Simple toast not available if you ask for toast you get a slice of bread pressed onto the hot plate, a boiled egg is usually available and some cold beans. There was nothing that looked appetising. Yes you can buy a full English in any of restaurants but when you pay for all inclusive why should you. Lunch....the soup was usually ok although the flavour was a guess. One day it was COVID soup, no taste, no smell and made you sick. Nothing on the olive bar suitable. Dinner was chips, rice and pasta with a very poor rendition of some type of meat dish.once again an outside restaurant was the saviour. Sorry to say all the food was very cheap. Our last morning the dining room was closed as the hotel was closing the next day, so the remaining guests had no option to to go outside to buy their food. The pool bar shut a few days previous. I understand it was the end of the season and COVID has had an impact on us all but entertainment was nonexistent along with a miserable lobby area . We paid £1.350 as a couple for 1 week. Feel deeply disappointed. We spoke to Nina the concierge about the poor service along with other guests. Let’s hope when they open up next year everyone’s comments don’t fall on deaf ears.…
