This was our first visit to Hillside but we will be back. Service, facilities and entertainment best we have had in Turkey. Beautiful location, and views. Rooms well equipped with nice products and every extra down to zip bag for wet costumes. Truly a first class experience.
My family and I just got back from the Hillside Beach Club. This has been one of the best vacation experiences we ever had. Especially the Kids Club (Kid Side) was absolutely amazing. The activities were all to the point (e.g. cow milking, pizza making) - also the ones provided for adults. The food is fantastic and the hotel is stunning (great views, very clean, lovely gardens, lovely rooms). I highly recommend going to Hillside Beach Club and will definitely try to book for next year again. Best, Gesa…
We read in magazine that this is beach club and they are welcome you. But you couldn't enter if you don't book a room. Sorry, but you need to write it advertising because we did 30 min. ride and could not enter.
I’ll come onto the standard of the resort, food and entertainment shortly, what hugely lets the hillside beach club down and brings into question it’s current star rating is the sub par quality of customer service should there be a problem.. Highly unusually.. You’ll note that none of the complaints posted to trip advisor have had any response from the resort.. this highlights the problem in a nutshell.. Arrogance. You pay your money and if there are any issues you need to suck it up because nothing can be done between what seems to be a very disparate bunch of disengaged people working for the restaurants / front of house / swimming pool / kids club / customer services each blaming the other and talking about them as is they were separate companies!?! A case in point, the swimming pool was closed for 50% of the days we stayed due to poor parenting and kids pooing in the pool?!?.. totally unacceptable and this could be minimised by: * more active policing of toddlers and parents and swim nappies being made available. * the resort knows the age of guests, put free swim nappies in room to parents of toddlers and mention the fine for dirtying pool. * Recognise the problem and DO SOMETHING about it, from the many reviewers who’ve had a poor experience due to no swimming pool for half their holiday and indifferent customer service, we were offered a free cocktail should we choose to return next year!?! So assume closed facilities will be the case for your holiday. Our daughter cut her chin, we visited the on site doctor, they applied some cream, hot a big bill at the end of the holiday that was NOT mentioned and staff called my wife a liar.. If they can sort the terrible customer service and appoint someone who is empowered to train staff and/or sort issues out then it will deserve the star rating. Rooms, good.. entertainment, great..food, excellent.. overall 7/10.…
Theres nothing to beat this place. Entertainment, food and scenery are just the best. I don't like telling people about this incredible resort as you all will want to go and it gets booked really early. My wife went to the Spa and hairdresser and loved it! Our 4th time and we are are just novices - we have met people who have been 10,20,30 times and we understand why. A special mention to the entertainment team and the lovely beautiful Elana - she is and they are the best!! Brilliant shows as well - wait till you see Queen - it will certainly rock you!!…
