Incredible service! Best service we had in our entire trip to Turkey. I did not catch the name of the girl who worked the front desk, the daughter of the owner, but she was amazing. So helpful, she helped us organize our taxi to the travertine’s, and even our shuttle back to the airport (at 1am!). She gave incredible advice about the travertines which allowed us to have an amazing time, and she even saved us sandwiches since we missed the breakfast time. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and have AC which is great in the hot weather. We recommend this place to anyone!

Room was not cleaned during our stay. Towels not changed. Flush was faulty. Required hard push to operate and only one setting was operational.Breakfast was adequate Waited for twenty minutes at the restaurant for dinner but no one came to take our order. So can't comment about restaurant food but service tardy.

We stayed at the other Melrose (run by the parents) but came here for dinner as I was told that I will have the best Turkish food..The place was nice and all staff was very pleasant and helpful. I have mixed opinions about the food though. My husband is a vegetarian. The vegetarian lentil soup was delicious. The rice that the chef prepared was average and came with soupy vegetables. I was surprised that the mezze was served with white bread, not the lovely Turkish bread I have fallen in love with! Same with my lamb skewers. The Turkish bread was missing. They came with fries that were limp. Overall, average food. Definitely, not the best Turkish food I was expecting.

We spent 3 days here in the end of April and we loved it! The place is very close to Pamukkale pools, you can reach it by foot. The breakfast was great and the stuff is really friendly and helpful. They provided also the transfer and took care of everything we needed. Also beds were really comfortable. Definitely reccomend!

We spent here one night only to visit pamukkale terraces but was great. Our room was with the view on the spectacular white terraces and in the early morning we have seen even the balloons flying over!!! The room was clean and comfortable, staff very kind and the breakfast great on the pool side. The hotel is 5 min walking from the main attraction and in a very quiet area. A place to come back.

This hotel is a family run business and the daughter has done a great job managing it. She is very professional and she will give you tips about the place. The stay is really warm and makes you feel at home cause everyone is like family since it's run by a family. Spend on the night talking to the daughter to learn about the history of the hotel and the country.

We stayed here just one night but it was a wonderful stay. The room is modern and has all you need: big bathroom, huge bed, fridge, kettle, and an amazing view of the Pamukkale terraces. We even received a welcome fruit plate. Very attentive staff. Breakfast is served near the pool. It was good. Pool was empty as it was cold weather still. Definitely a place to recommend!

This hotel is very good located and well managed. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all time. Breakfast is amazing and the view is great. The room was very cozy and we didn't had any problem with anything. We felt like at home and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Pamukkale

i had a pleasant stay at Melrose Viewpoint Suites. I was staying in room 105 and from the window you can see the view of white travertine as it can be reached by walking distance. I arranged pick up transfer with Ms. Busra Gulec/Coskun Kazanci, from Denizli Airport to Melrose Viewpoint with price 350 Lira for a vehicle and the journey took approximately 1 hour. They can assist to book for Pamukkale Tour, Hot Air Balloon, taxi and etc, just feel free to approach the amazing staff at the Reception Counter and they speak very good english. We took Pamukkale Tour with price 350 Lira per person. The room was spacious enough for 2 of us and the heating system in the room and bathroom was good. The bed not too hard and not soft, just nice and same goes to the pillows. They put 1 extra duvet in the closet. The breakfast was OK and they serve the local Turkish Breakfast and costing additional 50 Lira per person if you take the room without the breakfast. Overall, i had a pleasant stay. A bit of a disappointing experience. First, I arrived in the hotel at 9 am, and they charged me for more than half of the price of a one full day for a bit of early check-in!!! I have never seen this before. In other hotels, either they give the room to you if it’s already ready (which just happened to me before this in Cappadocia when I arrived in the hotel at 7 am), or you just wait until the room becomes ready. Second, the rooms are not well maintained and clean as the hotel photos depict (see some pictures below). Third, the hotel building is old and there is not much of a sound isolation (specially in the ground floor) if this is important for you. Also, one of the receptionists was quite rude. All in all, it was not a good experience and I don’t recommend this hotel.
