I was happy enough with the room, considering to their cheap price. Wifi, breakfast, hot water, heater were well functioned. Staff here are vey nice, considerate, kind, and helpful. The hotel owner is very sweet. Its location is not bad, within walking distance from Pamukkale. In the morning, they offered us and other two guests a free ride to Karahayit hot spring fountain about 7 km from Pamukkale. Then they dropped us at the north gate of Pamukkale, which it was very good for us. We just had to walk one-way from the north to the south gate and save energy to wander around the park and historic site. In the evening, we had to catch a bus at 8.00pm., and they even opened a room for us to shower and take a nap.

The hotel we stayed at is ok, everything is clean, has a great lobby and a good breakfast, but the reason im witting this review is the staff!! we were a group of ten, and we had to leave at 2 a.m. so they let us stay in the lobby of the hotel since pamukkale is a small town with nothing to do at night. the guy from the reception even let us get in a room so we all can get showered since we came from the pamukkale natural pools. after that most of us fell sleep on the sofas of the lobby and he got blankets for each one of us while we were sleep! it was so sweet of him and we were all so grateful! its the kindest man we met in Turkey!

We stayed at this hotel out of desperation. We stayed 2 nights at Melrose House Hotel and had the most amazing stay. But unfortunately, they were fully booked and we were forced to find another hotel to rest for a few hours before our long journey to Cappadocia. The lobby was super dark and gloomy. We had to shout to find someone to check us in. As the clerk walked us to our room, we noticed most of the rooms were empty. The room had really tacky disgusting decor. The bedding was so dirty, I was hesitant to lay down. The shower had mold all around. The shower sucked! The shower head fell on my head when I try to put in the holder. The hair dryer did not work. The outlets in the walls are hanging out and some did not work. Don't waste your time and money here.

We had a problem with a booking elsewhere and were put in Koçak. This hotel was extremely dirty. The carpet was grossest of all with mysterious stains. Mosquitoes bit us at night. Wi-Fi was very slow.
