Ours was a short stay, but sufficient to confirm our first impression, namely that in our opinion, this is not a 5 star hotel. Our room was very badly lit. I found it impossible to work at the desk and see what I was doing. It did feel Covid safe and a room safe was provided along with a reasonable and complimentary WiFi service. The Shower was in need of replacement and leaked. Internal noise from the corridor and other rooms was not a big problem, but was worse than other hotels we have stayed in recently. When dining in a 5 star hotel, as an example, gentlemen often have to make the decision as to which jacket to wear. Not here. Many people were in very casual sports wear and many gentlemen in sports shorts. Also on the downside, our room was tired, as were some parts of the hotel. The evening meal was a buffet in a very large dining room that seemed to cater for large parties fresh off a coach. The staff on duty were pleasant and keen to help, but it was not staffed to cater for à la carte 5 star dining. On the plus side the pools and spa are good. Though gents, do remember to bring a swimming cap with you. Alternatively buy one in the hotel. In summary on any future trip I would be looking to stay elsewhere.…
For us, the hotel ticked all the boxes. The room was spacious enough for a family of four and was tastefully furnished. Breakfast and dinner buffet offered a wide selection, the food was tasty. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The spa was great - you have to try the hot "red water" pool... it's awesome! All in all, we liked the hotel and would not hesitate to return.
Stayed here on may 2nd 2022. Was with a tour group. The hotel gave me and my wife a room at the very end of the hallway, with an emergency exit towards the garden across our room door. It was on the ground floor. The lights in this room would not turn off (strange) and the door from the inside collapsed when we were about to check out. And there was a ghost across our room which was caught on camera. (I have attached foto for you to decide) The service of the reception and concierge staff was good. Food and selection is also good. Swimming Pool, Thermal Pool and Turkish Bath well maintainted.
Great hotel with a nice spa and pool after a day of walking. Its a sizable hotel with a lot of facilities although a bit tad old fashioned but everything is great. Huge reception and places are easy to find. Nice warm dinner and breakfast especially its rather cold outside. Nice bar to relax for a drink or two. overall i give it a 8/10.
A large hotel which caters for coach party’s . Spa and pool are available to use. The rooms are comfortable, the meals are buffet style. There was good selection on offer. There was a singer and a belly dancer in the bar in the evening . Great night with audience participation. There is shop selling souvenirs and T shirts in the foyer area.
My room was on the ground floor and was very comfortable - as a twin, I was able to pinch the duvet from the other bed as it was a bit chilly at night. The hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren with corridors everywhere but I enjoyed the buffet dinner (mask and gloves required) and there was a good choice for a vegetarian. Everyone else in the group had already visited the pool - I found it too warm to swim in (30 degrees) and sadly the outdoors pool was closed but it was nice to relax in. The hotel feels like a place to go to recover from plastic surgery and the dining room was vast ... but in the main, no major complaints!
The hotel was like a rabbit warren with rooms spread out along tentacles. Lots of carpeted slopes ideal for suitcases but not for walking especially in high heels. The thermal pool was lovely but the hotel cannot really take credit for that. An odd choice of food at the buffet with no labels on the desserts, odd mains but nice starters.
Dear folks! As you know I have always been thoroughly impressed by the help you guys have done for us in the past and I have always been keep supporting and promoting the places which are worth to stay in 🇹🇷 Turkey. It was amazing and friendly hospitality. The food was wonderful and delicious. The desserts were well presented and so nice 😋 In general everything was nice from food to drinks and well trained staff all around the pools and thermal areas. Aspecially Mrs. Elvan Atmaca who is in charge in the Hotel will be provided you to perfect solutions while you stay for you guys! I kindly advise you the Colossae Thermal Spa Hotel in Pamukkale. Kind regards, Murat Cakmak
We visit Denizli very often and every time stop in this hotel. I prefer to drive extra 10 km from city center and enjoy best service, delicious cuisine and thermal pools. Hotel have few thermal sources, closed warm pool and opened summer pool, beautiful green area. Hotel made reconstruction 1 year ago. Rooms bid enough, clean and modern. Room price included breakfast and diner, big selection of salats, main dishes and desserts, wonderful cuisine. Personal very friendly and high responsibility, special thanks to administrators Mr. Bulent and Mr. Kemal for great hospitality and guests satisfaction. We will like to come again
