We stayed in this hotel two times and were very happy with the care and service the hotel personnel showed us. During pandemic time the hygiene was the most important issue and this hotel prepared the rooms accordingly. Friendly personnel are as important as a comfortable bed in a place out of your house. People working here are always so friendly as well as so professional. Most importantly these features have not been changed last so many years

It was a nice surprise staying at the North Point.Excellent and professional service, spacious rooms, clean room and bathroom, it is really a high class hotel.Covid measures are implemented well.WIFI could be a bit faster.Shopping mall is 5 minute by car.You can also find nice restaurants around 2 minutes driving.What you get for the price is excellent.

Stayed at this Hotel in August'20 for a single night. During Hotel selection reviewed most top rated hotels in Denizli, but the comments led to Northpoint who had a positive review for the Covid period. My experience was that the Hotel and staff was very well aware of Covid precautions. They did not attempt to park the car themselves due to Covid, as many hotels still do. All staff was wearing masks propoperly, the breakfast area has high ceilings, with windows open, tables placed apart from each other. The forks-knives, all the breakfast offerings were wrapped. Staff was also very attentive. The hotel was full the night before, but asked specially to keep the room windows open after cleaning which they did. The room was very spacious. Preferred a room on the pool side as the road at front is very busy, eventhough you can still hear the noise when the window was open. Room carpet was very clean so the bathroom and so on. Did not turn on the AC in the room, the open window did the job. Overall, had a very positive experience at this Hotel .…

Friendly staff and comfort of hotel makes you feel you are at home away from home. Location is very good on main road if you like to explore around Denizli or if you just like to break a journey. The hotel/rooms are very clean , Hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner is very nice. Very nice place to stay. Breakfast is very tasty and there are plenty of variations. The hotel itself is very clean, bathrooms are nice. And minus is that bed and pillows weren’t very comfy. There was a pool so its suitable for kids.

We stayed with 2 children (2 and 6) in July ‘19 for 4 nights in this hotel. The welcome was kind and also the other workers (cleaning, restaurant etc). The breakfast is just like the lunch and diner tastful. If you like, the pool can be used durung the warm July month, just like our kids have done. The room was big enough and there is no noise during the night. I definitly recommend this hotel.

I really did love this hotel. The lobby/restaurant has a really friends and relaxing feel. The staff that assisted me always had big smiles and were more than happy to point me in the right direction. The room as great and very comfortable.
