A friend and I stayed at Taşkonak Hotel for 3 nights while visiting Cappadocia and it was great. Very clean, just a 5 minute walk from town (warning: it's a steep climb of a walk, but you get used to it after a couple of times), seamless airport drop off and pick up which the hotel arranged and everything was...

Angela and her team are absolutely first rate. Service, hospitality, housekeeping and breakfast are all excellent. Location is perfect. Rooms and public areas are nicely decorated. Goreme is filled with hotels and pensions. I'm certain that many are more elegant. I would be terribly surprised if more than a handful are as good, irrespective of the price, as Taskonak. If...

I spent 3 great nights at this hotel. I stayed in room #10 which was kinda cave-like. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. They put out a great breakfast spread every morning. The wifi was a little sporadic at times and the hot water was sometimes questionable but otherwise everything was spot-on....

We stayed here for one night in October and find the experience to not be in keeping with the price (although accommodation in Goreme seems to be generally more expensive than elsewhere in Turkey). The female owner Angela was lovely to us throughout our stay and very helpful with all our questions about the town and walks in the area....

Dear Parveen, Thank you so much for your feedback and we appreciate the time you took to write a reveiw. I would like to firstly apologise for the incident during your check in. You just happened to walk in unexpectedly during a discussion I was involved in with a member of our staff and unfortunately it came across badly. We...

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It is not a budget hotel and while it doesn't have a pool it is excellent value for money - the rooms were clean and spacious. It is centrally located with the shops a 5 minute gentle stroll down the hill. There were lots of lovely comfortable outdoor areas where we could sit...

We had three nights in room 2. Thoroughly recommend this room, a massive cave room with a great shower room down a very short tunnel. The room looked over the lower courtyard which was nice to sit in for a shady relax. Tea/coffee makings are provided and a fridge to keep some milk in for an English cup of tea!...

This hotel was one of the best experiences I have had in Turkey. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was incredible. Homemade food, jams, cheese. Amazing service. Quiet. Clean. Authentic. Family run hotel. Easily help guests book tours, rides or anything you could possibly need. Great energy and the views are splendid. Lucky if you can even...

Angela is an amazing manager! She gave me the best advice for my time in Cappadocia, essentially acting as my informal day planner for three days. I wasn't interested in doing formal tours so her insider knowledge of the area helped me see things on my own, just as I'd hoped. She even took me out to Avanos one day...

This hotel made my trip. The owner, Angela, is really accommodating and friendly. Also very helpful when it comes to hiking advice. I think she told me she helped the person who wrote the Lonely Planet section on Goreme. She had a great breakfast with some dishes that her mother in law prepared. And some very good french pressed coffee....
