We stayed here 2 nights whilst in cappadocia and really had an authentic experience. The cave room was so cute and very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we'd had at a hotel and the family who runs it were so hospitable, even doing our laundry which was a service we couldn't find any where in Turkey!

This hotel was wonderful! Free transfer from the Kayseri airport. Organised our balloon trip and tours around goreme! The location is perfect! Central and just minutes stroll to town but out of the main drag. Staff were super friendly and included breakfast was delicious. Room was beautiful and so good to escape the heat of the day. Would highly recommend...

The hotel is small - nine room hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was more than sufficient for our needs. Large bottled water on our arrival and lobby had inexpensive water and other snack available. We needed to refrigerate something and they were very accommodating. Short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only...

Highly recommend! We stayed at Elif Star Cave hotel for three nights in March 2014. The manager, Kadir, and his family are exceptional hosts: warm, inviting, informative, responsive. We traveled to Turkey with three other families (8 adults, 9 children ages 5-12). Two families stayed at Elif Star Cave hotel and two families at another hotel. Kadir made such an...

However, I needn't have been! Goreme Cappadocia is a beautiful place and I stayed at the Elif Star Hostel for a week....

Elif Star Cave is an amazing hotel! The room I picked was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable! But the great thing about this hotel is the staff. Kadir is a nice person and an extraordinary tourist guide! He arranges everything you need to enjoy the travel to the fullest. All these things together made my trip to Cappadocia unforgettable....

Kadir is such a welcoming host. He provides entertaining guided tours. We took two of them with him and the balloon ride he recommended. The cave room we had was #7. It was small but good enough for sleeping. Wish we had a TV though as sometimes we like to unwind that way. Kadir's wife made us a wonderful Turkish...
