This hotel location is very good. Just infront of it you can find mono rail station. Lot of resturants beside it. But the hotel is not that clean. People who work there are not so friendly and helpful. Its price according to their service is not good

This is exactly what you need if you are looking for bed and breakfast hotel. Pros: The room was clean. Perfect location. The tram is just one street away (you can use the tram to reach most of the touristic places (blue mosque, Topkapi, Ayasofia, Dolmabahce, basilica, grandbazar, spices market, etc), The underground metro is just another street away. The dolmus (small buses...

After staying four nights, I think it is not a place you expect a three star hotel should be. It is not accepted for a three star hotel to have such a tiny room for a double standard room. There is even no space to walk in the room and put you luggage aside. You wont believe that we have...

I stayed here two nights as part of a tour with G Adventures (first and last night). It is clean and the location is right at a subway & tram stop so it makes getting to/from the airport and further into the city convenient. It is also maybe a 20-30min walk from Sultenahmet Square. The staff were not in anyway...

Small crammed room, open hole in the ceiling. The holes in the shower are clogged.Hard dry bread for breakfast. No butter for bread! Hotel staff are quite unfriendly. Not knowing english could not be an excuse for it.

We received for a gift a trip to Istanbul. The gift included 7 days of accommodation in Kaya Madrid Hotel. We have never been in Istanbul so we discovered soon that the position of this hotel is almost perfect. It is near the metro and in few stations we were near the most famous places in this magic town. Regarding...

We spent our honeymoon in Istanbul and we stayed at the hotel Kaya Madrid. The most we liked is the location of the Hotel. Everything you need is very close: tram, metro, most of the attractions, grand bazaar. The room was quite small but clean and breakfast was poor. Most of the time we spent out so we did not...

We as a family of 2 adults and 2 older children stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, occupying 2 double rooms. The rooms were neat and decent, except that one room was small in size and the other was spacious. Since it was warm at Istanbul , the cooling of the ac's in the rooms was not satisfactory. Being...
