I stay there very often cuz of work. Perfect location in the city center. As they told me it's built in 93. And still carries the 90's soul, that's what I like about it, rare thing to find in these days, as I say 90's you should put your expectations on 90's conditions. Very relaxing bath-tub they have. But the...

We stayed one night at the Grand Yilmaz. This was just a pit-stop on our drive back to Bursa from Efes, and we weren't expecting much. The family room we'd booked (1 double and 2 single beds) was decent and clean. Person at reception was friendly and recommended a good restaurant for dinner, and a rooftop bar for drinks (both...

The hotel is in the centre of Balikesir on what appears to be the main shopping street which is a very pleasant if somewhat busy area. On arrival my taxi driver hooted his horn briefly and the porter cam running over and grabbed my cases, check in took seconds (they just wanted a photo-copy of my passport) and then the...

This hotel is in downtown Balikesir. There is nothing really special about it, but it is a decent place to stay. It's well located and better than another hotel in town where I stayed previously. If I travel to Balikesir again, I will stay there. Service is friendly and not bad. In any case, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

“I stayed once in a smaller room in the front of the hotel. The room was too small with two twin beds. The second time I stayed there I was in a large suite, and it was too large. No good views on either side.”
